Vila Cristina stands in a commanding position on the edge of the village of Vale de Parra facing due south with superb views of the coasts and surrounding countryside. It is totally private - not overlooked by any other properties. The villa overlooks the 18-hole Salgados Golf Course with its excellent facilities: clubhouse, bar and driving range. Set in about 1 acre of land, the villa is approx. 1km from mini-markets, restaurants and Gale's long sandy beach. The villa is approached over a driveway with a parking/turning area in front of a garage. The split-level design takes full advantage of the superb location. The villa is well situated for a quiet relaxing holiday and yet within easy reach of the resorts of Albufeira and Armacao de Pera with their numerous bars, restaurants and shops etc. Faro airport is 40km from the villa.

Changeover day
Changeover days are Thursday (Summer) usually a Saturday (Winter). These days can be flexible where they do not conflict with other bookings at quieter times of the year.

Attractive garden. Large poolside terrace with sun beds - totally private. Covered area leading from the lounge and overlooking the pool terrrace with tables and chairs. Barbecue area.
The pool is approximately 9x4.5m and can be heated on request at an extra cost of £90 per week.
Coast/Beach
Gale's long sandy beach is approx 1km by car.
There are several other beautiful coves and beaches in the area.
The coastal path is excellent for viewing the interesting rock formations along the cliff edges.
Golf
The villa overlooks the 18-hole Salgados Golf Course with its excellent facilities, clubhouse, bar and driving range.
Special rates for guests at Vila Cristina are available.
Travel
Faro International Airport 40km (Approx 40km drive).
The use of a car is recommended to take full advatage of the beaches and other places of interest in the area.

Albufeira 5km. Guia 3km.

There are supermarkets within a short distance from the villa.
Cash Machines are available at local supermarkets.
The nearest Banks are in Vale Parra, Albufeira or Guia.
The Aqualand and Slide and Splash Waterparks are a short drive from the villa. Zoomarine in Guia is always popluar with families - the dolphin show being the main attraction.
