Bathroom 2 with identical set next to bedroom 2.
Kitchen: Spacious kitchen with granite worktops, built-in electric cooker and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, all cooking utensils, glasses, crockery and cutlery.
Living Rooms: Very large lounge/dining room. Patio doors leading onto 40' balcony enjoying views to the cliffs and ocean. LCD TV with satellite channels DVD, CD player, two x 3 seater sofas and large dining table and breakfast bar.
Other: There is an archway/breakfast bar from kitchen to lounge so you can entertain, be part of the conversation and still enjoy the sea view. Strictly no smoking or pets.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Maid service included. Linen changed once a week. Apartment cleaned and towels changed every 2 days. Beach towels not included. Rubbish removed daily.

 

Notes on accommodation
This well designed apartment catches the sea breeze and keeps the apartment cool in summer. For the cooler evenings in winter there is a very effective and attractive living flame gas fire which warms the living area in minutes. Electric oil heaters to the bedrooms.

Accessibility
The 2nd floor apartment is easily accessed by two flights of stairs.

Outside
Plenty of off road parking available but the apartment has a garage underneath which can be used by arrangement at no extra cost. There is a large table and 6 chairs on the balcony where you can choose to sit in the sun or shade. One of the 4 shared pools and tennis courts is a 2 mins walk from your front door.

Coast/Beach
Five mins walk and you arrive at the beautiful EU blue flag rated sandy beach, but within a few miles there are numerous other beaches, such as Burgau, Porta da Mos, the panoramic beach of Meia Praia and sandy coves at Dona Anna. The west coast offers some of the most spectacular scenery in the Algarve.

Golf
5 mins drive to Boavista golf course less than 10 mins drive to Parque Floresta golf course. The ocean club offers good discounts on local green fees. Also within less than 20 mins to Palmares golf course. All extremely highly rated courses.

Travel
The nearest airport is at Faro, there are regular flights available from a number of major and regional airports in the UK (including Bournemouth, Southampton, Manchester, Liverpool Speke, Luton, Stansted, Gatwick and Birmingham). Car hire is not essential - it is possible to get taxis from/to both Faro and other destinations at a reasonable cost (Faro to Luz typically between 60 and 80 euros each way). However, in order to explore the area more fully, you will find it useful to have a car.

Distances
Faro airport is an easy 1 hour drive away-all motorway. Lagos 10 mins drive. Numerous attractions within 30 mins drive.

All the convenient facilities of the village within a 5 min walk of the apartment, supermarket, banks, restaurants, internet cafes etc.

Booking notes
Non refundable deposit of 20% is payable on booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival by cheque or bank transfer. Cancellation refunds, 4-6 weeks 50% of rate refunded, 2-4 weeks 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks no refund. Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance.
