This lovely 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa is perfect for families of all ages, set in the centre of all that is wonderful about the Algarve, close to some of the best beaches in the world. The villa is air-conditioned a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely comfy lounge with flat screen Sky TV/DVD, a huge BBQ is on the lawn and the gardens are lit, perfect for alfresco dining on the outdoor tables and benches, the fenced mature gardens keep children safe. A sun terrace surrounds the pool which is exclusive to our guests, a further roof terrace gives the option for that all over tan. Carvoeiro and its lovely beach are 10 mins away, 5 mins to historic Silves dominated by its castle and lots of restaurants and bars. This part of the Algarve coast is amongst the prettiest in the world with lovely dramatic clifftop walks and hidden coves and bars to explore. Two fabulous water parks are within 5/8 minutes drive. The owners do not live on site but are on hand to ensure your holiday is the best ever.

Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. Ideal accommodation for families and couples. Lovely rural setting, but within easy reach of places of interest, sports and beaches. Own garden makes it ideal for relaxing, with plenty of space for children to play. A real home from home. The family sized pool has been fitted with lockable gates for the safety of children and toddlers.
Accessibility
The house is all on one level. There are a couple of steps into the property. The pool is accessible by a few steps. The roof top terrace is accessible by an external staircase. Disabled clients are welcome and should consult us for more specific information.
Outside
Established garden with lawns, flowers and fruit trees. Paved terraces and BBQ patio with lighting, bench seating and tables and chairs. Private swimming pool with sunbeds and safety gates . The roof top terrace is ideal for additional sunbathing and has views across the lovely countryside. Off-road parking.
Coast/Beach
There are numerous beautiful beaches within 10 mins drive from the villa. Carvoerio is well known for its beautiful scenery, spectacular cliffs and beach bars and cafes. The lovely beach resort of Lagoa is just 5 mins. There are plenty of other beaches to explore and discover within a short drive.
Golf
The new Pestana Silves Golf course is within 5 minutes. There are various championship courses nearby at Carvoerio, Lagoa, Alvor, Vale do Lobo and Quinta del Lago, all within an easy 10 minutes drive. Plenty of other courses all easily accessible, including Villamoura, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.
Travel
4 minutes from the A22. 35-40 minutes from Faro Airport. 5 minutes from Silves train station. Car hire recommended.
Distances
The village of Silves Gare is just a few minutes walk, where you will find a local shop for those essencial items, bread, milk ect: we also boast one of the finest resturants on the Algarve on our doorstep ! The Villa is within a 5 minute drive into Silves with its famous Castle as well as shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Slide & Splash water park is just 5 minutes and Aqualand 8 minutes. The fantastic Zoomarine is just 15 minutes drive away, (not to be missed)!

Silves town is nearby, with banks, shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc. The villa is ideally situated for walking, hiking, cycling. Horse riding within 1km. Monchique - the highest point in the Algarve with its spectacular views and spring wells, is only 30 minutes away. Sagres - 35 minutes.
