Notes on accommodation
This accommodation is suitable for a family that loves nature and want to see something else than a beach and tourist attractions. The perfect place to stay if you want to walk, cycle, bird watch or just enjoy the nature. It is also easy to reach nearby places like Albufeira if you should wish a great night out.

The property is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
There are large gardens with swimming pool. In this fantastic garden is the BBQ area located and with a great steak from the BBQ and a nice glass of Portuguese wine you can enjoy an evening/night with sunset in this garden until the sun rise again.
There is a terrace on the second floor with stunning view over the garden and countryside.
Coast/Beach
Approx 15 mins to Albufeira beach.
Golf
There are several golf courses around the Albufeira area, please ask for special information.
Special interest holidays
Paderne is just a few minutes with car and there is also a bus service. Paderne has its origins in the remote past and may have begun life with the arrival of settlers who had been living in the nearby castle. Located in a scenic position on a gentle hill, its old white houses stand out from the surrounding countryside. The Church (16th century) and Castle with Arabic origin is a must to visit.
Travel
Paderne is about 30-40 mins drive from Faro airport. We do recommend car hire but pick-up and drop from airport can be arranged.
Distances
15 mins by car is Albufeira which is probably the most known place in the Algarve. It is worth a visit. All tourist attractions in and around Albufeira are reachable for you, there will be lots of information in the house. The town Faro, where the airport is located is a very interesting and historic town to visit.
Further details
To get to the village of Paderne it takes only a few mins by car and around 30 min to walk. Two fantastic Portuguese restaurants, Parisio and Maltavista, both open for lunch, dinner and drinks in the evening are only 5-10 minutes walk away. There is also a super market in 5 minutes distance.
Booking notes
Booking can be made via email or telephone. Deposit of 50% when booking, balance due 6 weeks before arrival. Damage deposit shall be paid on arrival if requested by the owner.
