The lounge has a flatscreen television with satellite TV showing ITV, BBC, Channel 4 and 5 as well as all Sky channels etc. There is a lovely dining table and chairs seating 6. There is also a 3 seater double sofa bed which sleeps 2 comfortably. |

Towels and linen are included but not beach towels. The apartment is cleaned thoroughly at the start of each rental and again at the end. Additional cleaning can be arranged if required. |
Notes on accommodation
Dual purpose air conditioning/heating units supply warmth in the winter months and cool air in the summer months. The apartment overlooks the 2 pools, the tennis courts and the hills. The exceptionally large balcony has an outdoor dining table and 6 chairs as well as 2 sunloungers and 2 parasols.

Accessibility
The apartment is serviced by lifts and is suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
There are large well maintained communal gardens and 2 swimming pools, one being approximately 25m x 10m. The pools are open all year round. Plenty of sunbeds are supplied. Tennis courts are also in the grounds and are for everyones use.
Coast/Beach
3 beaches are within a 20 minutes walk or 3 minute drive.
Golf
Balaia Golf Village is situated next door to the apartment complex and there are many more golf courses within a 10 minute drive such as the Quinto Do Lago and Vale Do Lobo as well as the courses in and around Vilamoura.
Travel
Faro is the nearest airport being just 22 kilometres or 17 miles away from the apartment. A limousine style taxi can be arranged to collect you from the airport at a preferential rate. Very reasonably priced car hire can also be arranged where the car is waiting for you right outside the Arrivals Lounge at Faro airport. If you would like the taxi or car hire details please mention this when you make your enquiry and I will be happy to supply them.
Distances
The small village of Balaia is right outside the complex with it's bars and restaurants as well as 2 supermarkets. The nearest beach is on the other side of the road down the path leading to the Club Med Resort. Busy Albufeira is located 20 minutes walk to the right and Pretty and upmarket Olhos D'Agua with it's beautiful beach is 20 minutes walk to the left.
