Quinta Sta. Sofia is situated 20km from the popular beach of Sesimbra, land of fishermen, with their typical houses in a village of several historic monuments. Moments such as unloading the fish, fishermen preparing everything and waiting for the right tide and lots of noisy seagulls are one of the scenes to be found in Sesimbra. The market is open every morning, except Sunday, for fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. The restaurants in the village, many with open roof terraces, serve excellent sea food and fresh fish. This comfortable property, standing in 20.000m2 of land, is surrounded by gardens and wild vegetation and is in a quiet and peacful area. It is to be found a few kilometres after crossing the bridge (ponte 25 de Abril) and not far from Lisbon. There are a lot of wonderful beaches to visit, all along the Blue Coast. Completely enclosed with gate and with a large area for shaded parking, the house offers complete privacy with pool.

The lower part of the house is closed to guests and is where the owner keeps her belongings.

Private swimming pool (8 x 4.5 m; 1.80 - 2.30m deep). There is a large terrace and lush tropical gardens. Garden furniture and a built-in barbecue are provided. There is a large area for shaded parking.

The house is situated 20km from the popular beach of Sesimbra. Also, 15km west of the coast, are the Costa da Caparica beaches.

Hello

Well, our stay was very good! The house with all the equipment
in the kitchen, laundry room etc was good. We enjoyed our stay
at the house, with the nice garden and swimmingpool. Everything
was clean and we will recommend it to our friends if they want to
go to Lissabon!
