Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Prices upon request for short stay periods (minimum of 3 nights) and long winter lettings.
Additional charge of £35 applies on 2 week bookings for mid-stay apartment clean and linen change. This can either be settled by the guests directly with the cleaners (50 euros) or we can arrange it on their behalf.

Saturdays preferred but can be flexible outside of high season.

Notes on accommodation
For larger holidaying or golfing groups, arrangements can be made for up to 5 apartments, sleeping a total of 29 people. 3 of these apartments are within the same block and are directly above each other, so ideal for large groups wanting to be within easy reach of each other.

Accessibility
The property can be accessed via a ramp for wheelchair users and has a modern lift.

Outside
The gardens are beautifully landscaped and maintained to a high standard by Pine Sun Park's own staff. There is a modern Childrens play area, which is next to the pitch and putt golf area for those who want to practice whilst the kids enjoy themselves.The 2 swimming pools are for Pine Sun Park guests only and have ample sun loungers even during peak season!

Coast/Beach
Praia da Felesia's Blue Flag award winning beach is within a short 400m walk and is regarded as one of the finest in Portugal with stunning sand cliffs and pine trees as a back drop.For the serious beach walkers you can walk into Vilamoura and beyond. The cliff top walk provides wonderful views of Falesia beach and surrounding countryside. Number of good restaurants and bars along the coastline. Sun loungers with canopy shades and umbrellas available on the beach for a small fee.

Golf
Golf Information. Although this apartment sleeps a max. of 6 persons should you need accommodation for a larger group of golfers (up to 29) please contact us and we would be delighted to facilitate you depending on availability. This area is a golfer's paradise. Within a 15min. drive you have the 5 Vilamoura courses-Victoria (where the World cup of Golf 2005 was played), Pinhal, Millennium, Laguna and The Old Course. Further afield within 25mins. by car are the 2 courses at Vale de Lobo The Ocean and The Royal. Also within this distance you have Quinta de Lago North and South, San Lorenzo and Villa Sol. To the west you have, among others, Salgados-to be played only if you do not have a water phobia! The Championship course of Penina is 35 mins. away using the motorway. There are two 9 hole courses suitable for Holiday/beginner golfers. One is within walking distance, Pine Cliffs which is part of the Sheraton Hotel and the other is at Balia. The Algarve has it all for golfers - enjoy!

Travel
30km from Faro Airport (30 minutes by car). Full directions to the apartment are provided at the point of booking. Can also recommend a reliable taxi company, run by an English couple, if you require picking up from airport.

Booking notes
Prices upon request for short stay periods and long winter lettings.
A 25% deposit is required when booking the apartment.
The balance is due 6 weeks before departure. At this point we require a deposit cheque of £100, which is returned after your stay and the apartment has been checked for any possible losses or breakages. If your booking is within 6 weeks of your holiday then the total amount including the security deposit is due immediately.
