Its first, a Jack Nicklaus Signature 18-hole Golf Course is due to open in Autumn 2006. This Townhouse is very well equipped, in excellent condition and has a very nice ambiance. Changeover day
Flexible changeover days. Unless otherwise agreed, access to property on day of arrival from 4pm. Departure time is 10am. Times of arrival and departure can be flexible too if it is not a changeover day.

Notes on accommodation
The air-conditioning in all rooms which can be used for heating as well as cooling, making the house suitable for winter and summer lets. The development is fully fenced and secure for children. Guests may use the swimming pool facilities free of charge. No pets allowed, no smoking in the house please.
Outside
This fully fenced exclusive development has landscaped gardens surrounding the property. The furnished walled patio in front of the house overlooks the pool making it easy to keep an eye on children whilst enjoying some privacy. The communal swimming pool (at night time, illuminated) is for sole use of the owners/guests of all 11 houses. Each house has its own pool loungers. The outside is well lit front and back. Well lit access to the garage and secure parking area at back of property.

The old towns of Cacela Velha and Castro Marim are near by and well worth a visit. If you like gambling, there is a casino in Monte Gordo as well as many restaurants offering Portuguese and international cuisine. Also worth a visit is the beautiful town of Tavira is 10km west from Fonte Santa. It is very easy to lose track of time in this lovely old town. You can spend hours strolling the charming cobblestone streets with it’s many restaurants, shops, bars and terraces to enjoy a refreshment in the sun.
Booking notes
50% deposit to be paid on confirmation of reservation within 7 days. Final payment must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival, or full payment at the time of booking, if your holiday is within this period. Your reservation of a property is only secured after receipt of payment. A breakage and damage deposit of 300 euros (or alternatively £300 on request) in cash is payable on arrival.
