The apartment has a large roof terrace with built-in barbecue which has lovely panoramic views to the sea, mountains and surrounding countryside. Close by are 2 golf courses, Pinta and Gramacho, with other quality courses within 30 mins. Carvoeiro Tennis Club, with a gymnasium, sauna, pool and bar facilities is situated next to the condominium. Restaurants, bars, minimarket and a supermarket are close by. Other attractions include 2 water parks and Zoo Marine that are within easy travelling distance.

Changeover day
Changeover day is negotiable depending on existing bookings. Arrivals not before 3pm and guests to vacate the apartment by 10am, to allow time for cleaning and preparation.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment will cater for 4 people comfortably, a maximum of 5 people can be accommodated by using the sofabed.
Outside
This lovely complex has private gardens, offering a high degree of privacy with 2 pools (1 adult + 1 children's) they are shared and not heated. Sun loungers and a parasol for garden/poolside use are provided.
Coast/Beach
Carvoeiro is situated on a beautiful coastline with many cliff walks and a choice of sandy beaches only a short drive from the apartment.
Golf
The apartment is ideally situated for golf with the Pestana Golf complex with it's 2 x 18 hole courses Pinta and Gramacho only 5 mins drive away. Facilities include a driving range and a David Leadbetter Golf Academy for practice or tuition. Vale de Milho a 9 hole course, ideal for beginners or less experienced golfers is 10 mins drive away. There are many other quality golf courses within 30 minutes drive including Penina, Morgado, Alto, and Salgados. Many more courses are available within a 1 hour drive.
Special interest holidays
The Carvoeiro Tennis Club situated next to the condominium has excellent facilities including 10 all-weather courts, pool, gym, coffee shop/bar sauna etc. The club has both daily and weekly rates.
Travel
The apartment is only a 45 minute drive from Faro airport. Although most of the local attractions are within walking distance of the apartment, a hire car is strongly recommended for those who would like to visit the area around Carvoeiro.

Sesmarias: for local shops is 10 mins walk, mini-market, cafes, bar, pizza restaurant.
Intermarche Supermarket: 10 mins drive.
Carvoeiro centre: 25 mins walk or 10 mins drive.
Nearest beaches around Carvoeiro: 10 - 15 mins drive.
Further details
Carvoeiro has a wide choice of shops, restaurants, bars also bank facilities.
Lagoa is 10 mins drive and has a larger shopping area and more commercial activities, main banks etc.
Other places of interest but slightly further away are historic Silves with it's Moorish castle and narrow streets. Lagos, a small city with it's marina, cafes & restaurants. Alvor a town with it's beaches, harbour and narrow streets lined with restaurants and bars. Monchique, up in the mountains with views over the Algarve. Algarve Shopping, a modern Mall with a wide range of shops, cinema and 10-pin bowling.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £150 per week is payable at the time of booking, the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. If the arrival date is within 8 weeks of the booking then full payment should accompany the booking form. Maximum of 5 occupants. Personal insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellation or loss of personal belongings/property etc. Longer rental periods can be arranged and tarrifs negotiated.
