A spacious and beautifully furnished property provides the environment and atmosphere for the perfect holiday, whether the objective be family enjoyment, good golf or simply, total relaxation. Guests are entitled to discounted golf and the use of the Fairwiews Village private swimming and children's pools, which are situated only 20 metres from the villa. A golf academy and driving range, together with 2 tennis courts and a children's play area are also available and only a very short walk away. The Clubhouse bar and restaurant, a 5 minute walk, serves a selection of reasonably priced meals and snacks throughout the day and a full menu in the evening. There are 2 large supermarkets situated within easy reach of the resort.

Outside
Upstairs terrace overlooking the communal swimming pool, with tasteful cane furniture consisting of a circular table and 4 matching chairs - access from upstairs landing. Upstairs balcony, overlooking the 1st fairway, complete with 2 teak reclining chairs and matching table - access from both upstairs bedrooms. Ground floor terrace, onto the gardens and overlooking the 1st fairway, complete with teak furniture to accommodate 6 people, including 2 reclining chairs, dining table and a steamer and BBQ. Communal pool accessible via a security card; measures 15m by 5m and is heated from March – November.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beach resort of Praia da Luz is only a few min utes by car and a 30 minute drive takes you to the deserted and spectacular west coast beaches and surfing facilities. The old walled city of Lagos is only 2 miles away, where can be found some excellent beaches and a very modern and popular yacht marina.
Golf
Palmares approx 5 miles. Penina Championship course approx 15 miles. Parque da Floresta approx 8 miles. The International Golf Tour Operators voted the Algarve, for the second consecutive year, the Best Golf Destination of 2006. 15 of the region's finest courses are within 1 hour drive from the villa.
Travel
The villa is a 50 minute drive from Faro airport and the availability of a car is essential.
Further details
A large modern supermarket is within 1 mile and within the city of Lagos can be found sites of historic interest and many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The local fishing industry remains very active and a visit to the centrally situated fish market is highly recommended.
The villa is situated midway between Lagos and Praia da Luz. The old walled city of Lagos is only 2 miles away, which boasts a superb marina and beaches.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit will be payable at time of booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the date on which the holiday commences.
