The beaches of the Algarve are the best in Europe and our villa enjoys an unrivalled location, being just 5 mins drive from the exclusive resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, while enjoying total privacy and views across open countryside and woods all around. We completed a total renovation at the end of 2006 and the villa now boasts 2 brand new bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, plus air conditioning in the bedrooms. The high standard is complimented with beautiful brand new furniture in every room and the overall style is elegant and modern. French doors from the lounge and from 2 of the bedrooms lead directly to the garden and pool, further enhancing the pleasure of outdoor summertime living. The garden itself features a large lawned area bordered by mature trees and shrubs all around. The peaceful location gives a sense of really getting away from it all on your holiday and many visitors do not want to leave the property for their entire stay.

Notes on accommodation
Our villa manager is based nearby to help deal with any problems and ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. A welcome pack is provided on arrival along with crucial information about local restaurants, shops and activities.
Outside
We have a regularly-maintained private pool with sunloungers. There is an outdoor dining area and built-in barbecue, plus a pool table under shade and a wonderful roof terrace offering views across countryside all around. With outside stereo speakers take your drinks and listen to your favourite CDs by the pool.
Coast/Beach
The wonderful golden beaches of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are 5 minutes drive away, offering beachside bars and restaurants and activities including jet ski hire and paragliding.
Golf
The courses at Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Vila Sol are all a short drive away. Horse-riding, mini-golf, go-karting and an impressive water park are all found in the immediate vicinity.
Travel
15 minutes drive from Faro airport. We recommend hiring a car to fully enjoy all of the facilities in the area.
Distances
The world-famous marina at Vilamoura with its numerous restaurants, casino and bars is 20 minutes drive away. The lively resort of Albufeira with its charming old town is 35 minutes away.
Further details
The upmarket Quinta Shopping plaza can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes (less than 5 by car) – perfect for a morning cappuccino with the newspaper and a leisurely browse around the designer shops. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the villa, but jump in the car and you will be spoiled for choice with every taste catered for within a two-mile radius – Thai, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, French, Brazilian, Indian, even English and Irish restaurants are here. The only limit to your choice will be time.
Booking notes
A booking deposit of 25% is required to secure dates with balance 6 weeks before arrival. Later bookings require payment in full. A £300 refundable deposit is also required against breakages.
