Coast/Beach
There are numerous sandy coves in the area, the nearest being Evaristo and Castelo one mile away. Both have beach bar and restaurants with magnificent sunsets.
Golf
Golf lovers are less than 2 miles from the fabulous Salgados golf course. Alternatively, the 9 hole Sheraton Pine Cliffs course is within short driving distance. The Algarve has over 20 golf courses, all of which are less than an hour's drive away.
Travel
Faro Airport is approx 30 - 45 mins drive.
Distances
There are a good selection of bars and restaurants 500 yards away. The nearest supermarket is 300 yards away and sells British newspapers. Albufeira, the Algarve's most popular resort, is only 3 miles away.
Further details
Visit the typical village of Guia 3 miles away. Home to the famous chicken piri piri and Sir Cliff Richard's vineyards - these are open to the public.
For families, Zoo Marine, Aqualand and Slide and Splash are within easy driving distance. there is a huge selection of shops at 'Algarve Shopping' with a bowling alley and 9 screen cinema. It is just 3 miles away.
