Changeover day
Flexible change over date but preferably on Fridays. In case of arrival on same day we require departure at noon and arrival from 16h00.

Casa Estrela (4 Bedrooms, Sleeps 8)

Bedroom 1 and 2 with large twin beds and en-suite bathrooms with douche and wc. Bathroom 1 with fitness area. Bedroom 3 (large twinbeds) and bedroom 4 (bunk beds) share bathroom with douche and wc. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffeemachine. Very large, modern and light living room with TV, DVD, superb seaview and large terrace with barbecue area. Great views and privacy.

Casa Estrelita (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2)

Main bedroom with large twin beds, bedside tables and fitted wardrobe. Living room with two sofas, dining area, TV, fireplace and terrace. Small convenient kitchen with microwave, hob, fridge, coffeemachine, toaster. Bathroom with douche and WC. Great view and privacy.

Casa Estrela do Mar (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2/4)

Main bedroom with large twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, TV and DVD. Living room with sofabed, dining area and small convenient kitchen with microwave, hob, fridge, toaster and coffeemachine. Spacious bathroom with bath/douche and WC. Great view and privacy.

Notes on accommodation
Airconditioning - hot and cold air. Very suitable and safe for children. Only groundfloor. Toys and lots of in and outside play areas available.

Outside
Each villa has a private terrace with seating and barbecue area with superb seaview, beds, table and chairs. They are located in a green private area of 12.000 sq.m. full of beautiful old carob, almond, fig and olive trees. The shared pool of 22m x 12m has spacious terraces with long chairs and great sea and golf views. The hardcourt is open for everybody and tennis rackets and balls are available upon request for no additional cost.

Coast/Beach
The villas overlook three famous golden beaches ideal for walking, swimming (blue flagged and no rocks) and obviously sunbathing: Praia de Galé, Praia dos Salgados and Praia Dourada. Each of them with highly recommendable beach restaurants, watersportsfacilities and sunbedded areas. Easily reached by car, bike or feet (1500m). Inbetween the Quinta and the Beaches the Nature Reserve "Salgados" is located. In this protected area many bird species can be spotted.

Golf
The 18 holes Salgados Golf Course which can be seen from the villas is located at 15 minutes walking distance (800m). You can actually spot your friends playing if you wish. Special rates available.
Other courses like The Old Course, Pinhal, Laguna, Millennium and Victoria in Vilamoura or Sheraton Pine Cliffs are within 30-minutes driving distance.

Special interest holidays
We organise cycle, walking, horsebackriding and birdwatching tours in the direct neigbourhood.

Travel
Faro airport is located at 50 km. Transfers and carhire can be booked by the owner at very competitve rates.

Galé 1,5km. Guia 5km. Armação de Pera 6km. Albufeira 8km.
Vilamoura 20km.

Further details
Some nice, either cheap or expensive, Portuguese restaurants are in walking distance from the house. Also a small local supermarket can be found in 15 minutes walking distance. For big shopping we recommend the Algarve Shopping Centre with many shops, restaurants, cinema and bowling in Guia, 10 minutes by car.
The area is very suitable for walking, cycling, horseriding and birdwatching. Leisure parks like Zoomarine and Waterparks in 10 minutes driving distance.

We require a 50% deposit to guarantee reservation and 50% deposit upon arrival.
