This beautiful well appointed villa is located just 1km from the excellent ´Blue flag´ beaches of Castello, Evaristo and Galé, the nearest being São Lourenço. The spacious lounge features a sunken bar with large sliding windows to the poolside and garden. The private swimming pool is 9/10m x 4.5m with steps and can be heated (this is available as an optional extra )

Notes on prices
Prices are for up to 8 persons in the property per week in UK Pounds. Pool heating : £100 per week. Food packs: 25/35/45/55 - we will give you a complimentary food pack on arrival. If you want to order a larger pack shown above we will deduct £10 from the price. A 9th person (should be a child) can be accomodated on a Z bed for £75 per week.
Cot, £15 per week. Highchair, £10 per week. Air conditioning is included in the price.
Changeover day
The changeover day is Saturday in the main season. Out of the main season we are flexible, please request. You can occupy the villa from 14:00 on the first day and must vacate by 10:00 on the last day.

Linen and towels are provided, towels are changed midweek and linens and towels at the end of the 1st week (Additional changes may be arranged at an additional charge). Please bring your own beach/pool towels. No animals are allowed. |
