Our luxury townhouse is furnished and equipped to the highest standards. The property is south facing with a sea view from the roof terrace. All bedrooms have ensuite facilities and are fully air conditioned. Within a couple of minutes walk, you can be playing golf on a championship golf course (hosted the Portuguese Open), dining in a 5 star hotel or practising at the golf academy, which incorporates a driving range and putting green. If you just want to relax, then the communal pool is heated to an ambient temperature or you may take a walk to the Vila Sol health spa which offers a huge range of treatments.

Outside
There are balconies to most bedrooms and a large roof terrace for private sunbathing. Adjacent to the living room there is a large patio with a table, parasol and 6 chairs.
This area is south facing and is perfect for afternoon and evening entertaining.
Coast/Beach
Vilamoura and Quarteira beaches are a 5 minute drive. Vila Sol also has its own private beach approx 15 mins drive away. June to September a Shuttle bus is provided there and back every 30 mins.
Golf
This 27- hole Championship golf course designed by Donald Steel is divided into 3 loops with three levels of difficulity: Prime, Challenge and Prestige. Vila Sol has twice played host to the Portuguese Open, in 1992 and 1993.
On a personal point of view, l have played all the courses in the area and consider Vila Sol to be the most challenging and best value for money!
Travel
20 minutes from Faro airport, 20 euros in a taxi.
Distances
Vilamoura is only a 5 minute drive, with its beautiful marina and a host of restaurants and shops. It will cost approx 5 euros in a taxi to get there.
Further details
Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago are 15 minutes drive.
