Notes on accommodation
Villa is on one level so suitable for people needing easy mobility although is not suitable for wheelchairs. Please contact us to discuss your requirements as we want you to have a lovely holiday here! Electric ceiling fans in all rooms, with the glass to the patio doors/windows being of special German design which deflect the summer heat

Outside
Extensive terracing round pool with sunbeds/loungers and additional seating areas. Barbeque/outdoor kitchen. Superb tropical gardens around the property including a 'secret' garden for those requiring shade or just to get away from it all.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes' drive to nearest beach (Porto do Mos) or 10 minute walk via track opposite villa. 5 minutes to Blue Flag Praia da Luz beaches. 10 mins to Salema and Burgau. Numerous other beaches nearby. Super clifftop walks along the coast.
Golf
Golf 1km away at Boavista Golf Resort (18-hole Championship course) with some of the cheapest green fees in the Algarve but not at the expense of the quality of greens, fairways or views. In fact, the first time we played there we liked it so much we bought an apartment that afternoon there! Substantial practice areas (chipping, bunker, pitching and putting) and driving range. Penina, Parque de Floresta, Alto, Morgado all within 20 minutes, Vilamoura courses 30 minutes away. In short, a golfer's paradise!
Special interest holidays
Previous guest highly recommend the local equestrian centre for away from it all horse riding - contact for details. Fishing, boating, watersports all nearby
Travel
50 minutes from Faro along new motorway. Car hire recommended - we can arrange using highly competitive and reliable firm that we use.
Distances
5 minutes to Lagos. 2 minutes to nearest large supermarket. 5 minutes to Praia da Luz. Lots of local villages with good restaurants/bars. 1 minute to super Portuguese restaurant.
Further details
We also own an apartment on Boavista Golf Resort 1 km away with fabulous golf views and communal swimming pool - joint booking available for larger groups.
Horseriding, bike hire, water sports, football and tennis available locally.
Booking notes
25% deposit to secure booking. Full balance payable eight weeks in advance together with £100 damage deposit, refunded within 14 days of keys being returned.
