Coast/Beach
Five minutes from two beautiful unspoilt silver sanded beaches Monte Clerigo and Arrifana stunning and spectacular with their rugged surroundings. Many more similar beaches are just a very short drive away most of which have Portuguese eating-places on them.
Golf
Well known courses within maximum 40 minutes drive or less are Palmares, Boavista, Alamos, Morgado, Parque da Floresta and Penina. Vouchers and tee times can be arranged with sufficiant notice.
Travel
Vale Da Telha is some 110km from Faro airport connected directly by the A22 new highway from airport to Bensafrim (84km) then EN 120 to Aljezur and Vale Da Telha.
Distances
8km from Aljezur, Lagos 25 min drive is a most beautiful town with its long promenade, marina with many sea trips available and multitude of shops and restuarants a wonderful environment and a pearl of the Algarve. And just 30km away is the town of Monchique and its stunning mountain range. There are many more interesting places including the Alentejo region famous for its wine just a very pleasant short car journey away.
