Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. The schedule of entrance in the Villa is after to 2:00 p.m. and exit of the Villa is until 10:00 am

Outside
Large sun terraces, BBQ, spacious gardens for a relaxing holiday. The villa has a roof terrace with beautiful views of distant mountains and ocean. There is a perfect BBQ. The private pool is 4,5 x 12 mt. Outdoor furniture (tables, chairs, lounge).
Coast/Beach
This villa is only a 5/10 minutes drive from a lot of the Algarves finest beaches. Albufeira with its shops, restaurants and bars is very popular with a golden sand beach. If you crave privacy a very short drive away are some of the most beautiful, secluded, sandy beaches and coves in Europe.

Of the 20 + Algarve golf courses the nearest are:
Salgados (18 hole) - 10minutes.
Vale de Milho (9 hole) - 10min.
Pinta Pestana (18 hole) - 15 min.

Distances
From the villa there is easy acess to the E125, which runs the length of the Algarve giving benefit of all the attractions of the Algarve: 5 theme parks (Splash and Slide, Aqualand, Wet and Crazy World and Zoo Marine - the dolphin show is excellent!). The Algarve Shopping centre is a 5 minutes drive with its hypermarket, boutiques and numerous restaurants offering a variety of cuisine and multiscreen cinema providing most films in English.

A whole range of excursions and leisure activities can be booked locally with owner (jeep tour, fishing, scuba-diving, biking trail and walking).

To secure your booking dates 25% is required. Balance is to be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date. We will require a security deposit of £300 refundable before leaving.
