Changeover day
We are fully flexible on changeover days. Check in is from 3pm and checkout at 10am. This complex has secure lock-up storage facilities if you arrive or depart beyond these hours.

A superb eat-in kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Utility Room: Iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, hairdryer. Living Rooms: LCD flat-screen TV with Sky satellite and surround-sound system and a selection of DVDs and CDs, will ensure that all guests are kept well entertained. The full size double sofa bed has a comfortable sprung mattress.

Notes on accommodation
The apartments are non-smoking.
They are serviced with a weekly clean, linen and towel change and an extra mid-week towel change.
Linen and bath towels are provided but guests are requested to bring own beach towels.
A cot and high chair are available at an extra charge.
Please note that for group bookings, we can provide more apartments in this complex.

Outside
The large adult swimming pool and children's pool are both enclosed and there are sun loungers available for the exclusive use of guests.

Coast/Beach
There are several superb sandy beaches in the area; the nearest being Praia d'Oura, less than one kilometre away.
The Algarve is a 160km stretch of coastline with over 100 beaches, many of the awarded Blue Flags.

Golf
The apartments are ideally positioned for golfers; just 5 minutes drive to Balaia and Pine Cliffs golf courses and 10 minutes drive to Salgados and the 6 world class courses at Vilamoura. The Algarve is one of the premier golfing destinations in the world and has over 30 courses to choose from.

Travel
Faro Airport is 30 minutes away.
Airport transfers and car hire can be arranged, although a car is not necessary unless you wish to explore further afield.

Distances
The complex is situated in Montechoro, a residential area of Albufeira, favoured for its proximity to The Strip, nightclubs, bars, restaurants and shops. All amenities are in easy walking distance, including supermarkets, internet café’s and public transport and the main street of Albufeira Avenida dos Descobrimentos, is less than 5 minutes walk away.
The Giro circular bus service and the Albufeira tourist (road) train connects visitors to the beach, Old Town and all other areas of Albufeira.

Further details
Buses to theme parks such as Zoomarine, Slide & Splash, Aquashow, Aqualand and Krazyworld regularly pass nearby. There is also a free bus service to Algarve Shopping in Guia, which has ten-pin bowling, cinemas (Eng) and Continente Supermarket.

A 30% deposit is required to secure the reservation, with the balance payable 9 weeks before arrival.
