This modern apartment is located 10 metres from the beach in the small fishing village of Salema. It is on the 2nd floor to the rear with a pool view from the balcony. A special feature is the underground parking which ensures your car is always cool even during peak season. All the restaurants and local stores are within short walking distance and there is a larger supermarket within a 5min drive. There are some amazing sights around this area so do explore, the people are great and the fresh fish is a delight.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is located a stones throw away from the beach, in the quaint fishing village of Salema. The village is renowned for its still remaining fishing fleet using the traditional brightly colored boats, a sight which is now rare along the Algarve coastline. You can sun yourself by the pool or rent a beach lounger for just a few euros per day and enjoy cooling down in the turquoise colored Atlantic Ocean. There are a number of small gift shops in the village and a grocery store.
Golf
Within a 5min drive of Parque da Floresta Golf and Spa Resort with 18 hole Championship course (home to David Seaman Charity Classic), tennis, archery, restaurants and fantastic Day Spa. With no two holes remotely similar, the variety and appeal of this unique course is endless. Meandering through the undulating terrain, it offers fantastic views of the surrounding Algarve countryside and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. You also have Boavista Golf Resort only a 15 min drive towards Lagos which is also a championship course. The impressive 18 Hole has been designed by Howard Swan MSc, past president of The European Institute of Golf Course Architects. His philosophy - to create a course as if it has always been there - has been sensitively applied at Boavista, preserving, integrating and harmonising with the area's natural terrain. Palmares Golf - also close to Lagos can easliy be reached within 15mins of Salema. This course is laid out on the side of a south-facing hill.
Travel
Take time to travel around and enjoy what the Algarve has to offer. S. Vicente - This is the most western point of the Algarve with fantastic cliff views, 15 Min drive from Salema. Sagres with many golden beaches to see here, 10 min drive from Salema. Aljezur the spectacular beach of Arrifana and wonderful cliff top views, 45 min drive from Salema. Lagos where there is plenty to do here as this is the main town, from shopping to clubbing Lagos has it all, 20 min drive from Salema.
