2 bedroom/2 bathroom luxury fitted, ground floor apartment with distant sea views and use of communal pool. Sleeping 4/5 people plus cot. This is our personal holiday home and as our 'home from home' is kitted out to a high standard. The apartment is located in a prime position only 2 minutes stroll to Praia D'Ana and 10 minutes to Lagos town. There are several excellent local restaurants and small grocery stores in easy walking distance. The apartment benefits from air conditioning and heating. All rooms have patio doors with electrically controlled blinds. The doors all face towards the sea, the large private walled terrace and communal garden/pool. The very large terrace is one of the features of this apartment where a lockable gate and 6 steps lead to the communal garden and pool. We also have links to two other apartments in the same block - including next door - so if you are looking for accommodation for 4-15 people in up to 3 apartments, please contact us.

Cleaning/towels/

Property will be cleaned and towels & bedding replaced weekly. Additional services can be arranged on request for a small charge. Bedding and towels (except beach towels) provided. Beach towels can also be arranged at a small additional charge. |
Notes on accommodation
Apartment has air conditioning and heating. Front door is controlled by video intercom system. Also available on request are a high chair, travel cot, potty and booster seat and single 'put u up' bed (to sleep person no 5). The apartment was purchased and kitted out with small children in mind so is 'child friendly'.

Outside
Large walled terrace (see photos) with distant views of the sea. Lockable gate which leads down 6 steps to communal garden with lawn and pools (1 large and 1 children's). Terrace has sunloungers, patio table, chairs and sun umbrella.
Coast/Beach
Praia D'Ana (close to Hotel Golfino) is a 2 minute stroll away. This is an interesting beach with rock formations and rock pools. Boat rides available to the grottos from the beach during peak season.
Golf
Short drive to the local golf courses on outskirts of Lagos.
Travel
50 minutes from Faro airport. Car hire not essential. There are several excellent restaurants and small grocers on your doorstep. The historic town centre of Lagos is a 10 minute walk away.
Further details
Our local representative will meet you at the apartment and hand over keys. They will also be your main local contact in case of problems or emergencies. There may be a small additional charge if you plan to arrive late at the apartment (£25).
Booking notes
A £100 deposit is required on booking to secure your reservation. The full balance is payable at least 4 weeks before rental period. A refundable deposit of 400 euros is required and will be collected by our agent when you arrive and this will be returned to you provided there are no damages.
