This is a beautiful new luxury apartment situated on the 7th hole of the prestigious Pestana Vale da Pinta golf course. The apartment is part of a new development and has been completed to the highest standards with quality modern furnishings. The apartment is fully fitted with all that you could need for a luxury holiday. There are 2 air-conditioned twin bedrooms. The Master bedroom is a double/twin with en-suite.the second bedroom has twin beds. There is a separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. There is a large double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is ideally situated for activity holidays, such as golf (special packages can be arranged), family holidays or simply to get away from it all. It is particularly suited to families with small children as the communal pool, whilst close to the apartment, is far enough away for peace of mind!

Changeover day
Changeover days are reasonably flexible. Arrival is from 2pm and the villa must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
All rooms are centrally heated and there is air-conditioning in all bedrooms. The apartment is ideal for children as it provides a safe environment for younger children as it is on a fully secured complex with surrounding fences and with the shared pool being a short distance from the villa. For older children the shared pool provides a wonderful opportunity to meet other children staying at the small number of villas in the complex.

Coast/Beach
The villa is situated within easy access of many of the beautiful Algarvian beaches. The owner’s favourite ‘Caneiros’ a delightful sheltered cove, is approx 5 mins by car. It is possible to walk to Caneiros along the cliffs which give stunning views of the coastline, however it is long walk and should be rewarded by a lunch at the outstanding seafood restaurant on the beach! There are plenty of other beaches also within a similar short drive, including coves and long open stretches of sand.
Golf
Pestana Golf Resort is located between Lagoa and Carvoeiro, the 2 courses are laid out over the most scenic undulating terrain amongst olive groves, carob, fig and almond trees. The Pestana Golf Centre is on site, with a golf school, driving range and practice green. There is a clubhouse, shop and snack bar. For more info please contact us for the web site address. Pinta Course - Par 71. the course has been open since 1992 and has earned and excellent reputation. It has Bermuda grass on the fairways and Penn Cross Bent greens. All the par four and fives are doglegs making accuracy off the tees paramount. 18 hole par 71. Gramacho Course - Sister course to Pinta, Gramacho is an 18 hole championship course, it has recently been extended previously being 9 holes. It is a par 71 and is 6107m long. Like Pinta all the par four and fives are doglegs. 18 hole par 71.
Special interest holidays
Tennis, either court times, lessons or courses, can be booked at the nearby Carvoeiro Tennis Club.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro which is approx 60km from the villa. Car hire is recommended and the owners can provide details of competitive companies.
Distances
The apartment is less than 10 mins by car from the centre of Carvoeiro with its numerous restaurants. Lagoa and Estombar are also less than 5 mins by car. The old Moorish town of Silves is approx 15 mins by car. Splash and Slide is less than 2 mins from the villa by car. Other water parks and Zoo Marine are also within easy driving distance.
Further details
The Pinta and Gramacho clubhouses provide meals and snacks throughout the day. Gramacho also has a restaurant open later in the evening. There are other restaurants close to the villa. The nearest supermarket is at the Gramacho site, which is within walking distance. A larger supermarket is within a 5 min drive.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment of the balance should be made 8 weeks before departure. A refundable damage deposit of £150 is also required. Payment can be made electronically or by cheque. The owners will provide further information when a booking is made
