A wall encloses the villa to give added privacy and has ample car parking space. A paved terrace surrounds a 12m x 6m south-facing swimming pool and barbecue area. The villa is comfortably furnished and has maid service twice weekly.

Outside
There are orange and lemon trees and established plants in the villa gardens. Loungers and garden furniture are situated on large patio surrounding a 12m x 6m swimming pool. A lit BBQ house is also on the patio.
Coast/Beach
The beach in Tavira is on an island and is reached by a small boat. There are many beautiful sandy beaches all along the Algarve and can be reached by car.
Golf
There are several golf courses a short drive from Sto Estevao.
Travel
Car essential if you are moving around, alternatively the village has two mini markets for basic provisions.
Nearest airport is Faro approximately 35 minutes drive. 11 hours from Bilbao, Lisbon 2 hours 50 mins.
Seville 1 hour 50 mins.
Spanish border 25 min.
Further details
Sto Estevao village has a BBQ restaurant, three bars, one pastelaria. a ladies hairdressers, a pharmacy, a post office and an ATM. There are 2 mini-markets which open until 7pm Monday to Friday and to 1pm on Saturday. All further amenities can be found in Tavira town.
Booking notes
A booking form should be completed and sent with 50% deposit to secure the booking. Final payment is due 6 weeks before departure when all details, directions and information will be sent. Keys will be sent 7-10 days before departure.
