This is a lovely 2 bedroom townhouse in a great location just a few kilometres west of Albufeira. It is one of 12 houses on a small exclusive condominium built around a large pool and nicely landscaped garden. Each property has private parking. It offers wonderful sea and mountain views. Built just a couple of years ago, the accommodation is bright and tastefully furnished. The lounge and bedrooms all face west and each open out onto a terrace or balcony overlooking the pool and garden, towards the sea – a great place to sit with an evening cocktail and watch the amazing sunsets. It is close to some of the best beaches on this part of the Algarve coast. There are several good restaurants and a few bars within an easy walk of the property. It is ideally located for those who want peace and quiet, but be relatively near to all amenities.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are provided. Towels are changed twice a week and linen weekly. Maid service is twice weekly. Guests are asked to bring their own beach/pool towels please. |
Notes on accommodation
There are ceiling fans in all rooms and air conditioning in both bedrooms. Guests are kindly requested not to smoke inside the house.

Outside
There are terraces/balconies to both bedrooms, the lounge and the ensuite bathroom. The balcony to the 1st floor bedroom offers particularly wonderful views - both sea and mountain. The condominium itself sits in spacious grounds of mainly grassed areas. The pool is large with a sectioned-off children's area. The downstairs garden terrace is equipped with sun beds, a dining table and chairs and a barbecue. On the upstairs bedroom balcony there are chairs and table with seating for 4 to enjoy a drink watching the fabulous sunsets we enjoy in the Algarve.
Coast/Beach
If you like the beach then you are spoilt for choice. There are many within a few minutes drive. The beautiful coves of Castelo and Evaristo are the nearest, being a 10-15 minute walk. The long sandy beach at Galé is about a 20 minute walk and others in the vicinity include Coelho, São Rafael and Lourenço. Galé is a particularly wonderful spot to watch the fantastic sunsets.
Golf
Golf is nearby - Salgados about 5 minutes in the car. Balaia and Pinecliffs on the other side of Albufeira are about 15 minutes.
Travel
Faro is about a 40 minute drive. Car hire is not essential for this villa as there are a number of good restaurants and bars within walking distance and you can also walk to the beach. Taxis are reasonably priced. However, we do always recommend car hire to make the most of your holiday in the Algarve as there are so many wonderful places to visit. It is a shame not to explore!
Distances
The centre of Albufeira is approximately 5-10 minutes by car where there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants. There are many fabulous places to see all the way along the Algarve and most are easily accessible by car. If you fancy a drive into Spain, then the border is only a 50 minute drive and Seville a shade over two hours away. In the opposite direction you can visit the most westerly point of the Algarve, Cape St. Vincent, and the Algarves stunningly rugged west coast.
Further details
There are several good restaurants and bars within a short walk of the property, and something to suit all tastes, ranging from traditional Portuguese cuisine to Indian, Indonesian, Chinese and even English! There are local supermarkets where you can buy most things for your everydays needs. "Algarve Shopping", a large shopping mall, is about a 10 minute drive. Here you will find a variety shops, a big supermarket, a bowling alley, a multi–screen cinema (most films are in English with Portuguese sub–titles) and a food hall. Water Parks are within easy reach - Aqualand and Zoomarine (where you can swim with the Dolphins) only a 15 minute drive and then a bit further Slide and Splash or Aqua Show. Many activities are close to hand - golf, water sports, tennis, horse riding, fishing, diving, cycling and much more. If you want to get away from it for a while then a drive to Monchique and Foia (the highest point of the Algarve) is well worth a day out. It will take you less than an hour to get there.
Booking notes
Upon booking a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. We also ask for a refundable damage deposit of £150 which is payable when the balance is paid. This is refunded within 2 weeks of the end of your holiday, providing no damage occurs.
