Notes on accommodation
The apartment is fully equipped for self catering and has secure underground parking. Sorry, no pets. Smoking permited on the balconies only. Car hire can be arranged. FREE WI_FI free child cot. high chairs available on request. We can also arrange for your fridge to be stocked for your arrival should you require. Transfer from the airport and/or meet and greet also available on request.
Accessibility
The apartment is on the first floor and therefore might prove difficult for those who who have trouble climbing one flight of stairs.
Outside
Large balcony with patio table and 4 chairs, for eating out alfresco or just relaxing whilst taking in the splendid scenery and also 2 deck chairs with truly wonderful views overlooking secured gardens, swimming pool and magnificently laid championship golf course. BBQ master bedroom has its own balcony with chairs over looking pool and golf course. kitchen with balcony. Swimming pool and kiddies pool with out side shower.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes drive to center of Vilamoura with its large magnificent Marina. Two beaches One being the world famous blue flag Faleisa Beach which stretches as far as the eye can see boasting miles of beautiful soft golden sand. There are also Restaraunts on the beech sun loungers also available.
Golf
It has well been accepted that Vilamoura for many years has long been a favourite destination for holidays and golfers alike and its reputation is recognised as having amongst some of the finest blue flag beaches and golf facilities in the world. The apartment has three championship 18-hole golf courses on its doorstep Millenium, Laguna and the New Victoria Course which recently hosted the Portuguese open. Pinhal the old course and Vila Sol are five minutes away by car. Numerous other courses are all nearby. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the Millennium and Laguna Golf Clubhouse which has both a restaurant and bar clubhouse and driving range/putting green. Vilamoura has a vast array of activites to offer being the largest private holiday resort in Europe - horse riding, tennis, scuba diving, jet ski, archery, cycling, parasailing, deep sea fishing, shooting, lawn green bowling and so much more. Over 300 hundred days of sunshine per year and arguably the best climate in Europe.
Travel
20 minutes drive from Faro Airport. Car hire not essential because of its close proximity to all amenities but recommended to see all what the beautiful Algarve has to offer. Taxi from the airport is approx 25 euros. Ideally situated in the central algarve it makes reaching either end of the coast possible within only about an hours drive.
Distances
Algarve shopping in nearby Guia 20 mins by car has over 100 shops with designer outlets, international restaurants and a cinema. The zoo marine is a 2 min drive further on. Almancil is 10-15 min drive where you can enjoy a day of karting. Quarteira 10 min drive is renowned for its weekly market. Fresh sea food which is brought in daily by the local fishermen is served along the many beach front restaraunts. Tavira steeped in history is is 20 min drive.Casino/live shows/restaurant 5 min drive.

English speaking dentist and medical centre 5 mins drive. tennis academy, horse riding, boat trips, dolphin/cave safaris 5 mins away on the marina. Booking notes
There is a deposit of 25% payable by cheque/bank transfer (non refundable) on booking. Balance is payable 8 weeks prior to date of holiday/travel. There is a breakages deposit of £150.00 held for any damage which may be caused, returned once the cleaners have inspected the apartment. Deposits will be sent back within 7 days of your return.

'Fantastic base to explore from a week of non stop thrills and a delight to come back to apartment and relax by the pool or chill on the balcony. Private condomium pool and gardens meant we could relax a liitle more. Zoo marine is a must kids loved it.
