This villa was built in 2001 is ideal for families, with private pool (9m x 4,5m : 1,2m - 2m deep), garden with space to walk around, sunbathing area and large covered barbecue area. Terraces, swings, basketball. It has plenty of parking in the courtyard. It has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

Car is essential. 50 minutes from Lisbon Airport.
Distances
Óbidos - 4 km.
Caldas da Rainha - 10 km.
Peniche - 25 minutes drive.
Further details
Óbidos is one of the most visited villages in Portugal (national monument) and is a walled medieval town with a castle and narrow streets with white and litle houses, and several churches.
There are many restaurants, bars with the typical "Ginga de Óbidos" made with alcohol and fruit. Every first Sunday of each month there is a antique fair, and in July you have to visit the medieval fair with everyone dressing like the ancients.
Supermarkets and bank 5 minutes driving.

Please e-mail as a first contact. 30% at time of booking, balance payment 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of 250 Euros is required for each booking. This is fully refundable and will be returned to you within 5 working days of your return.
