Saturday is changeover day but can be flexible out of peak season. Vacate by 10.00 am and arrival at 3.00 pm.

Private swimming pool with heating. Pool side loungers. Garden table and chairs on upstairs barbecue terrace with additional loungers and sun shade. Large covered terrace with comfortable settee and chairs off the sitting room. Garden is fenced in with automatic gates and intercom system.
Coast/Beach
3 minute walk to the sandy beach at Martinhal safe for children. Further large beautiful beaches on the Atlantic Coast great for body surfing 10 minutes drive away.
Golf
Golf at Parque de Floresta, 10 minutes drive. 12 further golf courses within half an hour.
Travel
Faro airport is the nearest with a drive of 1 hour and 10 minutes on the A22 motorway. There is a train service from Faro to Lagos which is 20 minutes away. There is a bus service from Sagres to Lagos. Car hire is strongly recommended.
Distances
2 kilometres to Sagres with its Ancient Fort and fishing harbour. Cape St. Vincent is 10 kilometres and is the most westerly point in Europe. Lagos is 25 kilometres with its more sophisticated shops and marina.

There are many restaurants in and around Sagres. 3 supermarkets and 2 banks, meat, fish and vegetable market, fish/butchers and bakery shops. Surf schools and surf shops. Many Portugese pottery shops.
