This beautiful newly built villa with private pool, heated if required, is situated in the peaceful and quiet area of Vale do Milho in Carvoiero yet close to the town centre and all its amenities. On two levels, the ground floor has an entrance hall, lounge, dining room, fully fitted kitchen and two twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bath/shower room and the other with shower room adjacent. The lounge, dining room and one bedroom all have patio door access to a large covered terrace with steps down to the private pool area. Upstairs is a large double bedroom with adjacent shower room. There are patio doors leading onto a covered balcony with splendid sea views. The pool and terrace has two dining areas, a built-in barbeque and shower with sun beds for all and is surrounded by newly landscaped and lawned gardens.

Notes on accommodation
Children welcome, sorry no pets. Smoking is not permitted within the villa. Air conditioning in lounge, dining and all bedrooms is an extra charged at £100 per week. Highchair, cot or camp bed available on request at no extra cost.
Outside
Extensive south facing paved terrace area with pool, dining area, shower, built-in barbeque and access to large landscaped and lawned garden. Extensive covered terrace with dining area and patio door access to lounge, dining room and bedroom 1. Drying area. Washing machine in outside store. Secure gated entrance to front of villa with paved drive and covered parking for 2 cars. There are steps down from the drive to the front door of the villa. Private, outdoor, 9x5m with stepped Roman end. Heating at extra cost if required.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach, Centianes, is a few minutes drive away although it is possible to walk (approx. 20 mins).
Golf
Within 10 minutes drive there are two 18-hole championship golf courses at Pinta and Gramacho together with the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. The scenic Vale do Milho 9 hole golf course with its excellent bar and restaurant, is a short drive from the villa.
Travel
Faro airport is some 60km from the villa, a journey of about 45 minutes. Full directions are included on the villa web site.
A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
Distances
This villa is well located for all main local attractions and is a 5 minute drive from the village of Carvoeiro.
Further details
A number of banks with cash machines and a wide range of smaller shops and restuarants are located in Carvoeiro village which has a small beach and attractive square. The Intermarche Supermarket is short drive away from the villa and has ample on site parking.
There are easy driving connections to all the main tourist attractions at Zoomarine, Aqualand, Slide and Splash as well as many more excellent beaches and restaurants.
Booking notes
A £325 non returnable deposit is required on booking. The balance is required 2 calendar months prior to guests arrival, together with a seperate cheque for £200 as a returnable damage deposit. Air-conditioning is available at £100 per week. Pool heating is available for £125 per week for the first week £75 per week thereafter. Please remember that pool heating can take up to 3 days to reach required temperature before guests arrival.

About the owner
My husband and I live in Sheffield and have 2 grown up sons.
We holidayed in Carvoeiro in 2003 and fell in love with the area. In the October of that year we had bought the land on which now stands our lovely villa.
Building finished in 2006 and since then we have enjoyed many happy holidays with family and friends.
Every year we continue to improve and maintain our 2nd home and hope that our clients will enjoy it as much as we do.
