Outside
The villa has its own 10m x 5m private swimming pool. There is a barbecue area with outdoor tables and chairs. There are sun loungers on the pool terrace and additional table and chairs on the roof terrace.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Fuzeta which is approximately 10/15 minutes drive away. There are many beaches within 20-30 minutes drive, all of which are long and sandy mile after mile.
Golf
There are many golf courses within 30-40 minutes drive, from the well known courses in Villamora to the courses just over the border in Spain. There is a local course just 10 minutes away in Tavira.
Travel
Nearest and only airport in the Algarve is Faro, 25 minutes by car.
Distances
Moncarapacho is the nearest town some 2kms away (5 minutes drive). The Roman town of Tavira is 20 minutes drive and Spain is 30-40 minutes on the motorway.
Further details
In the nearby town of Moncarapacho there are banks, bars and cafes, an internet cafe, several excellent restuarants, two good supermakets plus many other shops, a pottery, museum, post office and petrol station. There are outdoor markets in the town once every four weeks, the other three weeks the market is hosted in other towns locally.

A deposit of £250 per week is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before departure for your holiday.
