Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Long staying guests in winter are offerred a 25% discount provided staying more than 21 days.

Notes on accommodation
Central heating is provided in all rooms, suitable for children. The owners, live in a self-contained and private annex, also take care of the housekeeping and gardening and are at hand for any queries that may arise but give full privacy. For late arrivals, they can meet guests at Faro Airport and show them back to the villa at no extra cost.

Accessibility
Wheelchair access to all rooms and outside, except the swimming pool which is accessed by 2 flyers of steps.
Outside
Lovely mature garden, outdoor furniture and private pool (8m x 4 m) and a variety of flowers and trees, such as coconut, carob, almond, orange, lemon and fig trees.
Coast/Beach
Wonderful beaches like the Fishermen's Beach, Gale, Castelo in Albufeira only 15 minutes drive.
Golf
Several gold courses in Albufeira (Salgados, Balaia) and some of the best and famous courses in Vilamoura 20 to 30 minutes drive.
Travel
A car is essential, can be booked with the villa. Faro Airport distants 30 minutes (25 miles).
Distances
The village of Paderne is 2 km from the villa. Chicken "piri-piri" in Guia, Cinema and shopping malls like the "Algarve Shopping", "Makro" or "Modelo" are a 15 minute drive.
Further details
There are excellent Portuguese cafés and restaurants locally. Paderne has a chemist, giftshops, hairdressers, post office, police station, newsagent and 2 small supermarkets.
