This is a self-catering detached villa surrounded by its own young garden and has a private swimming pool at the rear (South) of the house. On the ground floor there is a large Living room with open fireplace, French doors opening onto lovely views of Lagos town and the Atlantic Ocean. There is also a fully fitted new kitchen and a Twin (2 single beds) bedroom all on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 2 more ensuite bedrooms, the master bedroom is fitted with a double bed and bathtub in the bathroom, the second bedrooms has two single beds. All three bedrooms are ensuite and have wall mounted large wardrobes, the 2 rooms upstairs have access to sun terrace (balcony) and the 1 below has access to the patio (ground floor). Outside there is a lovely pool measuring approximately 16 x 13ft and a young garden surrounding the Villa. Outside furniture is provided during summer months for best relaxing time by the pool or garden. As the villa is situated in Lagos center

Notes on prices
All rates are based on full house capacity of six people.
A 30% deposit (non returnable) is required to secure a booking, the balance due 6 weeks before date of travel.
A deposit of £300 against accidental damages/breakages is required with the final payment, this deposit is refunded after check out if no damages/breakages occurred to the property. Cancellation policy: Our cancellation policy is six weeks prior to arrival date.
Changeover day
Arrival day is flexible, check-in time is 14.00 (2.00pm) and check-out time is 10.00 (morning).
As a matter of consideration to other people it would be appreciated if you do not smoke inside the house.

Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and has two single beds.
Bedroom 2 is the Master room on the first floor with a double bed and toilet has a bathtub and hand-shower, large balcony with sea and city views.

Lining is included, pool/sea towels are not available (you must bring your own), cleaning is on the 7th day only however earlier or more frequent cleaning can be arranged with an extra cost. |

Outside
House is surrounded by a lovely garden, there is a grass area where you can lay and enjoy peaceful time, a large patio just by the pool which is private, nice set for a good time.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach is called "Meia Praia" and is reachable within 15 minutes walk, numerous beaches are also very close by.
Golf
There are some golf couses within very short distance in Lagos and also some other courses (Penina) golf course at 10 minutes drive.
Special interest holidays
Lagos is known as a fishery Town, it has a lot of day activities such as sea cruises, horse riding, tennis, beautiful landscapes... and night life is open to a variety of Restaurants, Pubs, Clubs or simply a romantic walk along the Boulevard.
Travel
Closest Airport is Faro international it is approx. one hour drive to Lagos, you can also travel by train from Faro to Lagos, journey time is about 2 hours. Once at home, a car is not necessary as the Villa is in the city center, however a car will always give you a bit more flexibility to visit other places.
Taxis are also at hand anytime and not too expensive.
Distances
Neighbouring towns are Alvor which is about 10 minutes drive and Luz at 5 minutes drive.
Further details
Biggest names of national supermarkets are also established in Lagos being the closest one at 5 minutes walk.
