A gentle 10 minute walk downhill will bring you into the main square of the Old Town where you will find a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The famous old town Beach ( approx 300m ) is just a 5 minute walk.

Prices are inclusive of energy costs except for long winter lets.Special Discounts are available for long winter lets between November and the end of March - 6 weeks or more are at 105 pounds per week plus electric and water at cost, meters read on arrival.
Air con is optional in the bedroom at 30 pounds per week, you can choose this option when you are here if needed!
Euros can also be accepted at current conversion rates.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Arrival 2pm and vacated at 11am on departure, however this may be flexible, please ask, We try to be accommodating if possible for no extra charge.

Notes on accommodation
This apartment is particularly suitable for those seeking a high standard of accommodation in a quiet area within easy reach of all the local attractions. Please note the apartment is non smoking - you are of course welcome to smoke on the balcony.
Air conditioning is optional in the bedroom and can be arranged on site at an extra charge of 30 pounds per week, if required.
Outside
The apartment has balconies to the kitchen and living room. A patio table and four chairs are provided. An annual permit has been purchased for guests to use the Cerro Grande swimming pool situated to the rear of the apartment, a short walk around the corner. There are free sun beds and umbrellas and a small snack bar at the pool side and panaramic views over the coastline.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 5 minutes walk (old town beach), approx 300m away.
Golf
There are several golf courses in the surrounding area including Salgados which is only 10 minutes drive away, Vilamoura which is only 20 minutes drive away and the renowned Vale do Lobo resort.
Travel
Faro airport is aprox 30 minutes drive by car. Car hire/taxi is not essential for this property but would be recommended if wanting to travel around the area. Personal airport transfers can be arranged prior to arrival.
Distances
The 'strip' area of Albufeira is only a 5 minute short taxi journey from the Old Town or an approximate 30 minute walk along the coastal footpath/road from the top of the escalator in the old town to near the bottom of the strip.
There are also many attractions in the area including Water Parks, Zoo Marine, Algarve Shopping and because of the central position of this apartment these are all within a twenty minute drive.
Further details
The new Marina in Albufeira is easily accessible via a new walkway connecting the Old Town coast to the Marina. This is becoming a lively attraction with shops, restaurants and bars.
Booking notes
A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking with the balance payable 8
weeks prior to arrival. A smaller deposit is accepted if booking is long way ahead of arrival. A breakage deposit is not sought, just trust, I only ask people to respect the property.
