Changeover day
The townhouse is available from 3pm onwards and must be vacated by 10am (local time) on day of departure.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: double bed, fitted wardrobes and balcony terrace. En suite shower room.
Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds, fitted wardrobes and balcony terraces.
Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds, fitted wardrobes and balcony terraces.
Bathrooms: En suite shower room to bedroom 1 includes freestanding shower, hand basin and WC.
Main bathroom includes bath, shower, hand-basin, bidet and WC.
Kitchen: Fully fitted modern kitchen including gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric juicer, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board plus various other Kitchen Utensils.
Living Rooms: Large spacious lounge/diner that seats 8 people and includes satellite TV, DVD/PlayStation/CD player, 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, 1 armchair, double sofa bed and dining table (seats 6).
Other: Patio door from lounge opens onto a shaded terrace which leads straight onto a large swimming pool and separate shallow pool for children. Outside garden furniture is supplied which includes patio table with 6 chairs, 2 sun-lounger's. Built-in BBQ locate
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen is provided. Cleaning takes place before arrival at the Townhouse. If bookings are for more then 7 nights, further cleaning and fresh towels/linen are provided within the cost. Additional cleaning can be supplied at a local charge.

Notes on accommodation
The beach is a max 10 mins walk away from the townhouse. Also there are several supermarkets, shops, restaurants / snack bars and cafes situated within walking distance.
Even though this is a non smoking townhouse, an ashtray has been provided in the main patio area.
Transfers from the airport and back can be provided upon request. 25 euros up to 4 persons and 45 euros up to 8 persons.
PLEASE NOTE: Children must be supervised at all times when using the swimming pools.

5 mins walk to Olhos D'Agua beach.

Travel
Car hire not necessary in Olhos D'Agua, everything is located within walking distance.
Faro Airport is a 30 minute drive away. Taxis can be obtained from just outside the Airport Terminal. Alternatively transfers can be provided.

Distances
3 mins walk to shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. 10 mins drive to famous 'strip', 10 mins drive to nearest golf course.

Nearby attractions: Slide and Splash water park; Zoo Marine (sea life centre); Krazy world (Algarve Zoo), old Albuferia, Fisherman's beach, The Strip in Albuferia (several souvenir shops, restaurants, bars. Clubs and cafes can be found here).

Booking notes
If you are interested in the booking a 25% deposit will be required upfront to hold/confirm the booking. The remaining 75% (inclusive of £100 *Security Deposit) will required to be paid 8 weeks before stay. Once full payment has been received, you will advised a key collection point and location of Townhouse.
*Security Deposit will be returned to you within 7 days of you returning from your stay, providing all is well at the Townhouse.
