From the airport the apartment is only a 35 minute drive and, should you wish to rent a car during your stay, there is ample on road parking within the apartment complex. There is also a well maintained children's play area nearby to keep the little ones happy. With the historic towns of Tavira and Faro within a 35 minute drive, it is a perfect location for your holiday. Conceicao has a railway station, so if you don't have a car you can still explore the area. But be aware that the number of trains per day are limited.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week are in Euros. Payment in pounds sterling is possible and will be charged at the current exchange rate. This apartment is ideal for long winter lets as it is spacious and well equipped. Prices for longer stays are always negotiable.
Changeover day
The changeover day is usually Saturday and the apartment is available from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. It is often possible to accommodate other changeover days and timings by request.

Outside
There is a large balcony accessed through patio doors from the lounge and a smaller balcony leading off the second bedroom. A large south facing terrace is situated outside the kitchen, and this is equipped with a dining table, four chairs and a barbecue. At any time of day you can find a spot to sit either in the sun or in the shade if you prefer. Our guests are also welcome to make use of our membership to a pool complex in Cabanas, which is 15 minutes walk.
Coast/Beach
Cabanas beach is only 5 minutes drive away and has been awarded a Blue Flag award for 2006. With the whole of the Algarve coast available within an easy drive, it is a perfect setting to sample beaches which each have a different character. There is even one, only 15 minutes drive away which has a Nudist area making it a perfect location for beach lovers.
Golf
The (18 hole par 71) Benamor Golf course is only 5 mins walk away. This interesting course offers views southward out to the Atlantic Ocean and northward to the hinderland with its striking hills and fertile valleys. With many other courses in the Algarve and Spain being easily accessible within a short drive, the apartment is an ideal location for your golfing holiday.
Travel
Faro airport is a 35 min drive where you can hire a car or get a taxi. A car is recommended but not essential.
Further details
Conceicao has a bank, supermarket and restaurants and Cabanas has more restaurants fish and vegetable market and there are also some late opening bars for those wishing to burn the midnight oil.
Booking notes
Booking is accepted on receipt of a 20% non returnable deposit, with full payment being required six weeks in advance. An additional 100 Euro returnable deposit for breakages is required.
House swap
House swap considered sleeping minimum 4 people. All countries considered. September to March preferred.
