Situated on a par-71 golf course with views towards Ayamonte across the Rio Guadiana, the Nature Reserve and the coast at Monte Gordo, the villa is located only a couple of hundred yards from the recently completed clubhouse with its restaurants, bar, terrace and minigym (daily fee) and from the driving range, practice putting and chipping greens. Historic Castro Marim, the coastal resort of Monte Gordo, marina at Vila Real de Santo Antonio and the golden sands at Praia Verde are all close at hand.

Notes on prices
Prices are for rental of the villa per week in UK Pounds but we can accept payment in euros if preferred.
Low season special offer - Between 1 November 2008 and 3 April 2009 book two weeks and get a third week free.
Changeover day
Any day of the week can be accommodated, thereby allowing guests to enjoy lower flight fares by travelling midweek, if desired. Arrival after 4pm and departure by 11am requested.

Terrace is equipped with wooden patio furniture, sun loungers with cushions and a gas BBQ. Views to the 10th fairway and 11th tee of the Atlantic Course at Castro Marim Golfe.
Coast/Beach
Castro Marim Golfe & Country Club is situated just a few kilometres away from the golden sands of the eastern Algarve and has its own private beach club and restaurant 10 mins drive away in Prais do Cabeco. There are 5 blue flag beaches between Monte Gordo and Tavira.
Golf
Our villa is situated in the middle of the Castro Marim Golfe & Country Club with its challenging par-71 Atlantic course and stunning views of the mountains, coastline and nature reserve. There are numerous other good quality courses nearby to complete that golfing break.
Travel
Faro airport is 45 mins drive from Castro Marim but you can also arrive from Seville which is 75 mins' drive away. There are frequent trains from Faro to Vila Real which is around 10 mins' away by taxi. Nearest bus stop is 2km away.

Castro Marim (5 mins), Monte Gordo (10 mins), Vila Real de San Antonio (10 min), Ayamonte Spain (10 mins), Tavira (20 mins).
Further details
The restaurants at the Clubhouse offer good quality food at sensible prices but there are also numerous restaurants and several clubs in Ayamonte, Vila Real and Monte Gordo. You will also find supermarkets and banks in these towns.
Booking notes
A 25% (non refundable) deposit will be required at the time of booking and full payment due no less than six weeks before the intended date of occupancy. A breakages/key deposit will also be required at that time and this will be returned two weeks after the date of leaving, assuming no damages. Cancellations within six weeks of occupancy will forfeit the full rental payment.
