Other: Dining area with 12 seater dining table, bar area and gas lift stools. Snug room with open fire (can sleep 2 if required).

Towels and linen included, cleaned twice weekly. Bathroom towels changed twice weekly. Extra cleaning by arrangement at £7 per hour.

Notes on accommodation
Cot and cot linen provided on request at a charge of £25 per week. Extra beds are charged at £45 per week. Highchair £18 per week. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned/heated and a charge of 25 cents per unit will be made for electricity used in excess of 250 units per week (to be deducted from deposit). Smoking is permitted on the terraces and outside only.

Outside
Roman style totally private swimming pool 11m x 5m surrounded by ample sun loungers. BBQ and two al fresco dining terraces with tables and chairs, one shaded by an ancient carob tree by day, with superb views of Faro and coastal lights by night. An orange and lemon grove with almond, olive, fig, palm trees and natural foliage surround the property. The minimal light pollution gives clear views of the night sky.

Coast/Beach
A 15 mins drive will take you to the fine sandy beaches of Vale do Lobo, Dunas Douradas and Vale do Garrao. Ancao beach, Quinta do Lago, Faro and the Ria Formosa reserve are all nearby.

Golf
Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago championship courses are nearby and many other courses including all of Villamouras championship courses within 15 minutes drive.

Travel
Faro airport is 15 mins drive, car hire is recommended from the airport, as well as being convenient the hire rates are very reasonable. The whole of the Algarve can be explored easily and the Spanish border is only 30 mins drive away.

Distances
Loule is 5 mins drive where you will find a hypermarket, more shops, restaurants and banks. It is famous for its Saturday market and also many sites of interest. Almancil is 10 mins drive with some of the finest restaurants in the area. The Sunday market in Almancil is always popular. Forum Algarve the modern shopping area with many shops, food outlets and large supermarket is 10 minutes drive away in Faro. Historic Faro with its cobbled streets, marina and boutique shops should not be missed.

Further details
Within easy driving distance you will find golf, tennis, horse riding, paragliding, jet ski hire, wakeboarding, waterskiing, dolphin safari, windsurfing, boat trips, fishing, hill walking, mountain biking and karting. Swimming with dolphins need to be booked in advance at Zoomarine.

Booking notes
We ask for a deposit of 25% to confirm the booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. Full details of all clients names must be provided before departure and we require a £500 refundable damages deposit.
