The apartment comprises of an entrance hall, 1 bedroom with twin beds, full bathroom, living room with dining area and a sofa bed. There is a small sofa, satellite TV and access to the balcony. The beach of Oura is 500m away and Santa Eulália at 800m. Just next to the complex there are supermarkets, shops, pubs, cash machines and restaurants. The best nightlife area of the town is just a 3 minute walk. For these reasons guests do not need to hire a car during their stay if they do not wish. The excellent setting of this complex makes it ideal for relaxing, quiet holidays, for families or friends, surrounded by the tranquility of the grounds and gardens. If clients are found of golf, the Balaia golf course is just 1km away and in this case there is a rent-a-car just next to the building.

Notes on prices
Special prices can be arranged for long stays (more than 30 days) all year under negociation. The prices are for apartment that is prepared to sleep 4. However an extra bed can be provided only for more 5 euros per night. Under request a baby bed can be arranged without any extra payment however it is dependent on availability. **Special promotion only for January, February, March (except 15 - 23), April, May, October, November and December (except 29 -31).20% discount for long stays.
Changeover day
Arrival and departure days are totally flexible.
Apartment normally available from 15.00pm on day of arrival. Apartment should be vacated by 11.00am on day of departure.

Outside
The building has two shared swimming pools (the adults and the children swimming pool). The pools are surrounded by a big grassed area with many trees and outdoor furniture. Showers are of direct acess. A tennis court and a private car park is also available.
Coast/Beach
Just 5 minutes walk to the Santa Eulalia e Oura beaches.
Golf
The nearest golf courses are the Balaia Golf Village (just 1km away) and the Salgados Golf (just 5km away).
However here are lots of other golf course within a short drive of the apartment. These include Millennium, Quinta South and Pinheiros Altos at Quinta do Lago, Pinhal and the new Victoria at Vilamoura, the Ocean and Royal at Vale do Lobo, San Lorenzo, Laguna and Quinta North.
Travel
The nearest airport is the International Faro Airport (38 km away).

The booking needs to be performed by email.
A deposit of 30% is required on confirmation of booking (non-refundable) by bank transfer. Balance is required at least 6 weeks prior to arrival by bank transfer or in cash.
