The Villa is available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. The maid, gardener & pool men need this time to prepare the Villa properly for incoming guests

| Kitchen: | The kitchen and dining room are open plan, again with beautiful views to the sea. The dining room has an attractive barrel vaulted ceiling which helps keep the room cool in the heat of the summer. A bespoke dining table with corseted chairs seats eight. |

| Living Rooms: | As you walk through the doors of Villa Vale Da Pinta you enter the hall with guest cloakroom, overlooking the large, light and spacious lounge. A few stairs lead down to the covered outside terraced area with the pool, landscaped gardens and games room. |
| Other: | From the dining room you can walk out on to the covered terrace, take a seat, relax and enjoy an alfresco lunch of lobster or the catch of the day, prepared and cooked on the BBQ (if requested) by caterers from local restaurants, while watching the boats. |

Following the path round to the bottom of the garden you shall be surprised to find a more private sun bathing area and the games cave. A full size table tennis table and pool toys should keep the children out of mischief, both large and small.

Outside
Villa Vale Da Pinta benefits from the fact that all rooms have access to the terrace surrounding the villa. This leads you round onto the beautifully manicured private gardens and pool area. The swimming pool is kidney shaped, complete with water feature and is heated to 28 degrees. It features wide steps for younger children to play on and for the more adventurous there is a fun jump board!
Coast/Beach
Caneiros Beach
Near Ferragudo only 2 mins drive from Villa Vale Da Pinta is a perfect family friendly cove beach. Backed by cliffs its blue horizons broken only by a cormorant-infested rock stack. Guests can enjoy a superb breakfast, lunch or dinner of grilled fish at the beachside restaurant –Rei das Praias while the sun sets on the beautiful horizon. Children can play safely late into the evening on the sands below. Very popular, often featured in magazines an advertising.
Golf
Penina championship Portimao 18 hole par 73 10 mins. This grandfather of courses in the Algarve and a permanent living memory to its architect and active promoter, Sir Henry Cotton. Originally paddy fields for rice growing have been converted into a flat and challenging course, especially for the stronger player. Half a million shrubs and trees were planted in the conversion. Its fairways are flat. Henry Cotton introduced strategically placed water hazards to catch the unwary long hitter. Pinta Estombar Carvoeiro 18 hole par 71. This is a well laid out and interesting course just a few minutes drive from Villa Vale Da Pinta. Set in a truly Algarve landscape with almond, olive and carob trees decorating the course that rolls through small valleys and hills. Some of the olive trees are reputed to be in the region of 1,500 years old. The holes that deserve a special mention are the par-3 tenth and the par-5 13th. The former has a large bunker defending the green against your shot.
Travel
Villa Vale da Pinta benefits from its central location on the Algarve coastline. Located on the edge of Sesmarias, just a 45 minute drive west from Faro International Airport there is easy access down the newly opened A22 dual carriage way to both the east and rugged west coast. Car Hire highly recommended.

Villa Manager
Villa Vale Da Pinta has a personal Villa Manager who will greet you on arrival. They will personally ensure that you are familiar with the property and that everything is to your satisfaction. They will be available throughout your holiday should you require assistance.
Booking notes
Villa Vale da Pinta is available for booking all year round on a minimum weekly basis with the exception of October to March when minimum 3 night short breaks will be considered. A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking. The balance + a £500 refundable deposit for damages is payable 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.
