This spacious modern villa with pool, sun terraces and mature gardens will comfortably accommodate parties of up to 12 people. It effectively comprises 3 self-contained apartments, which can be rented separately depending on party size. Each apartment is completely independant with own lounge, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms to sleep 2, 4 or 6 people respectively. Car hire is not essential as Casa do Destino is located within easy walking distance of the centre of the quiet town of Vila Nova de Cacela which is well provided with supermarkets, some excellent restaurants, bars, cafes and a good range of shops. Casa do Destino is 40 minutes from Faro airport, 10 minutes from Spain and 5 minutes from some of the best beaches on the Algarve. There are 5 golf courses within easy reach including the new Jack Nicklaus signature course at Monte Rei which is 5 minutes drive away.

Apartment 1 is a ground floor annexe opening on to the pool and separated from the main house.
The bedroom has twin beds and the bathroom is en-suite.
The lounge is furnished with 3 piece suite and has satellite TV (UK stations) and CD/DVD player.
The kitchen/diner comes complete with fridge, 4 ring and oven gas cooker, microwave and electric kettle.
The separate shared facility of the laundry room is equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board and "overspill" fridge.

Apartment 2 is the ground floor of the main house opening on to the covered terrace mature gardens and impressive palm tree at the front.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, built in wardrobes and new en-suite with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 is twin bedded and is also en-suite with bath and walk-in shower.
The spacious lounge is furnished with corner unit type setees and has satellite TV (UK stations) and CD/DVD player.
The kitchen/diner is complete with large fridge, 4 ring and oven gas cooker,microwave and electric kettle.

Apartment 3 is the first floor of the main house with large sun terrace overlooking the pool and a balcony looking out on the palm tree at the front.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are twin bedded and also have good storage space.
The two bathrooms have recently been refurbished to a high standard.
The lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished with setees and has satellite TV (UK stations) and CD/DVD player.
The kitchen is complete with large fridge, 4 ring and oven gas cooker, microwave and electric kettle.

Outside
There are 3 well stocked garden areas, one to the front of the main house containing an impressive palm tree, the second to the far end of the pool with sweet scented jasmine and its own lemon trees, the third to the rear of the main house where the bulk of the roses grow and also wher the built-in barbeque is located.
The 9 metre by 4 metre pool shelves gradually from paddling pool depth to just under 2 metres deep and is used exclusively by Casa do Destino residents. The pool area is also equipped with dedicated shower, WC and washand basin.
The sun terrace around the pool is provided with outdoor furniture, sunloungers, tables and chairs sufficient for 12 people. In addition each apartment has its own terrace furniture.
