The house is within easy walking distance from the beach in a cul-de-sac surrounded by pretty gardens and quiet pedestrian areas. It has beautiful cliff and sea views and provides an ideal relaxing holiday peaceful yet just a few minutes walk to local restaurants, bars, cafés,supermarkets and other amenities. There is parking inside for 2 vehicles. It is an ideal place to relax in the sun and an excellent base from where to explore the rest of the Algarve. Living Rooms: Open plan lounge and dining room fully fitted to seat 10. Extensive view over pool and garden with the sea in the background. Satellite TV and CD player.
Other: The bedrooms are all large and fully fitted with bedside tables fitted wardrobes and dressing table.

linen/maid service:
All linen is supplied as are towels.
Beach towels are not supplied.
The property is normally cleaned once per week but a maid service is available if required at an extra price.

There is an extensive area around the property which is tiled and gated. In the rear of the property there is a BBQ with sink and food preparation area.

It is a private pool exclusively for this property.
There are ample loungers, chairs, tables and sun beds around the property.

Coast/Beach
Luz has a beautiful golden sandy beach which is within a 10 minutes walking distance. It is well loved by families. Watersports available in the summer months include diving and snorkeling. At one end of the beach are flat topped rocks for children to explore. Beach cafes and sea front restaurants. Car free promenade with palm trees. There are also several other beautiful beaches in the surroundings, which can be reached easily by car.

Golf
Four top class golf courses are within between 10 and 30 minutes drive (Boavista, Parque da Floresta, Penina and Palmares).

Travel
Taxi and rent a car facilities are widespread all over Algarve, and can be also found in Praia da Luz. A motorway links the airport to Praia da Luz and there are also bus services to several locations.

Distances
The nearest international airport is 80 km away, at Faro. The historical town of Lagos is within 10 minutes drive.

Further details
Bank, post office, pharmacy, 24-hour English speaking medical and dental facilities are available in Praia da Luz.
Several bars, restaurants and shops can be found in walking distance.
There is a painting school at Almadena which is five minutes drive form the property.
Tennis, water sports and quad bikes are all available in the village.

30% non-refundable deposit payable at time of booking. Balance due six weeks before the start of your holiday.A breakages deposit of 500 Euros is required at the six week period and will be returned, subject to no damage, one week after departure.
