The apartment benefits from proximity to virtually everything you may require whilst on holiday - beautiful clean sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops, golf, boat trips, cycle routes with cycle hire available, banks, supermarkets. There is no need for a car, however, there are 2 secure, underground allocated parking spaces with direct access to the apartment. There is a high level of security in and around the marina and the apartment block. This apartment is in a purely residential block, ie. no noisy bars or shops immediately adjacent.

Kitchen: Large fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and stools and ceramic tiled floor. There is a Bosch washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave etc.
Living Rooms: Cool pink marble floor in open-plan lounge and dining area with mirrored hallway. Flat screen TV, DVD and stereo. Chess and draughts table.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Not suitable for singles groups. No pets. Fully air-conditioned. Extra cleaning and linen can be arranged through my local manager, Andy at extra cost. Towels provided.

Outside
The apartment has access to an Olympic size swimming pool, and gardens for use of residents only. The apartment block has direct access onto the marina through a lockable gate. Plenty of sunbeds and garden furniture on both terraces. If you want to holiday with family or friends but require separate accommodation, look at property ref nos P4149, which can sleep up to 5, P4587, P4607, P5716. I can also provide a cot and a foldaway bed.

Coast/Beach
The apartment block is a short walk from clean, sandy beaches which have a variety of water sports available. There are also several beach bars/restaurants to choose from. Parking is available should you wish to drive.

Golf
Vilamoura has the benefit of 5 different golf courses to choose from, with the new Victoria golf course now open. All are within a few minutes drive.
Secure underground parking for 2 cars.

Travel
The apartment is only 30 minutes from Faro airport (approximately 10 miles).
Car hire is not essential.

Distances
Almancil and Quinta do Lago - 20 minutes drive
Loule - 15 minutes drive
Quarteira - 10 minutes

Further details
Forget the car, virtually everything you need for a relaxing holiday is on your doorstep! Apolonia is very good supermarket in Almancil.
