The villa has stunning views across the valley towards the sea, it is completely private and is not overlooked. The sun shines all day over the pool and has a small baby pool attached to the main pool. The small gardens to the side and rear of our villa provide oranges, lemons and plums and you can help yourself to these when they are ripe. Our swimming pool is completely private and is not shared. A short walk from our villa is the supermarket where fresh bread is baked. A small variety of bars and restaurants are also available. Carvoeiro tennis club is just a short 5 minute walk away. The famous championship golf club is just a 5 minute drive away. The beaches are just a short drive away. Ferragudo and Portimao is 5 minutes drive and the other way is Carvoeiro town which is much busier but has all the restaurants and bars of every nationality.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 is upstairs and has its own private terraces it is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 2, the family room with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 3 twin beds. |
| Bathrooms: | The upstairs en suite has a fully enclosed shower with toilet and basin with cupboard. The family room downstairs has adjacent bathroom with shower with double sink. The 3rd ensuite is built in shower with sink/cupboard. All are newly fitted. |
| Kitchen: | Oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Washing machine. Has seating in kitchen area. Small terrace leads to swimming pool. |
| Utility Room: | We have a small cupboard which houses the vacuum and cleaning materials etc. |
| Living Rooms: | Large spacious lounge with traditional Portuguese winter room for the cool winter evenings. This is a traditional round room with open fire. |
| Other: | Dining room with built in bar (not stocked), again very traditional with the villa. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are provided within the price. The maid service is once a week. |
Notes on accommodation
Our villa is fully air conditioned and also has heating for the cooler nights in the winter, it is suitable for children and adults alike. There are steps leading up to our villa as the pool and accommodation is above ground level for the extra views.

Coast/Beach
Canerios Beach is just a short drive from our villa. The famous restaurant is here which stands on stilts and is a must. The beaches in Carvoeiro are excellent with caves to see and are just a 5 minute drive away. Children will love it.
Golf
Two championship golf courses are nearby and are very popular. This is just a short drive from our villa. Further along Carvoeiro is a 9-hole golf course which also is just a short drive away.
Special interest holidays
There are lovely walks through the valley from our villa.
Travel
Faro airport is 45 min drive. The route from Faro to our villa is very easy travelling on the A22 route. Car hire is a must and essential especially if you wish to see the best of the Algarve.
Distances
Ferragudo is a wonderful traditional village and is just a short drive from our villa.
Further details
The local supermarket is just a short walk from our villa. There is a small traditional village shop here as well where you can stop for coffee drinks and snacks. Further along from here are some bars and restaurants. The banks are in Carvoeiro or Ferragudo and not far by car. Zoomarine is about a 20 minute drive and a must if you have children.
Booking notes
A deposit of £75 per adult person (adults being classed from 18 years of age upwards) with the final balance being paid 8 weeks before departure. Our changeover days are flexible so that you can get your flights as cheap as possible.
