The Senhora da Rocha villa complex is set in spacious, landscaped gardens, in a quiet location, just 50 mtrs from a secluded sandy beach. There are three swimming pools, three tennis courts, a 24 hour reception (offering advice and bookable excursions), two restaurants, a pool bar, a minimarket (fresh daily bread) and a children's play area on site. Baby sitting service available (please enquire at reception). The main town of Armação de Pêra (with hypermarket) is less than a mile away and there is a bus service from reception.

Bedroom 3 with twin beds, built in wardrobe and patio door to the rear.
Bathrooms: Also on the ground floor. Newly fitted to high spec.
2 bathrooms, 1 with bath, WC and sink. 1 with large shower cubicle, WC and sink
Kitchen: Upstairs.
Full kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob and combination microwave oven.
Living Rooms: Upstairs. Living room with feature fire place and TV and DVD player that will play CDs. Door to balcony.
Other: Upstairs.
Dining room leading off from the living room a table seating 6 with patio doors to the balcony.
Large south facing balcony with sea views and a built in barbecue. The Balcony walls are 1m high making it private, and safe for young children
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels for use in villa and linen are provided and the villa is cleaned once a week and the towels and linen changed.

 

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is especially suitable for very young children as there is a gated patio with a shaded area at ground floor level and a large balcony upstairs. We can also supply a stair gate if you have very young children.
Cable TV has channels in many languages (Portuguese 6, English 4, German 4, Dutch 2, French 4).

wanted to say what a great time we had at your villa - the location was fantastic with loads to do for the kids and the facilities more than acceptable. I would certainly recommend you to others and I'm sure we will be back again!

We all had a great holiday. Your villa was lovely and the location perfect. The kids had a ball in the pools and we spent many an hour lazing on the beach. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at your Villa. The Villa and the rest of the site far exceeded our expectations and the whole family had a thoroughly good time.
