There is a large private driveway for up to 3 or 4 cars with locked gates and extensive landscaped gardens and patio areas surrounding the villa leads to the 10m x 5m private pool. There is a large terrace around the pool with sun-loungers and umbrellas for total relaxation.

Outside
There is a large 10' x 5' swimming pool with many patio/terrace areas and beautiful landscaped gardens. Due to the prominent position of this villa there are also spectacular views of Albufeira and the surrounding areas. You enter the property through private secure gates and a large driveway. There are patio doors from the lounge and some bedrooms which lead to the pool area and there are large patios for sunbathing with a barbecue, sun loungers and table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
The fabulous beach of Santa Eulalia is 3.5km. Also it is on the bus route to Albufeira and the Strip at Oura where you will find an abundance of shops, pubs, bars, clubs and discos. For the stylish restaurants try the Marina at Vilamoura – centre for sailing/boating.
Golf
The villa is approx 3km to five golf courses in the surrounding areas - so if you want to take the golf clubs and have a round or two - then the villa is ideally situated.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro which is approx 30 minutes by car. It is not necessary for a hire car but if you would like to get about and see more of this beautiful area then we would certainly recommend that you hire a car. Directions to the villa will be advised once final payment for the booking has been made.
Distances
The villa is situated near the local village of Branquira, just 3 kilometres away from the lively resort of Montechoro with its varied selection of shops, bars, restaurants and excellent nightlife. The nearest restaurant and supermarket to the villa is 600m.
Booking notes
We require 20% deposit payable on booking. Payment through PAYPAL - we will send you a paypal invoice to enable the payment. Once the deposit is received we will then reserve the villa for you. The remainder of the payment will be required 8 weeks prior to your departure with a refundable breakage deposit of £200 (unless it is a last minute booking then we will require the whole amount).
