There are balconies to the front and rear from which the efforts of golfers can be enjoyed! The interior is bright and airy with modern and comfortable furniture and ample room for dining. There is off-road parking and even a garage. Guests have exclusive use of large new pool facility in Lakeview Village, located a few minutes walk away.

Notes on accommodation
A highchair and cot can be provided upon request. The property is air conditioned and is suitable for children. Young children should be supervised on the balconies. In the resort itself there are extensive facilities including tennis, childrens' play area, golf driving range and golf practice area. Boavista Resort has now benefitted enormously with the completion, in late 2007, of a brand new and impressive Clubhouse which provides a top quality restaurant, Golf reception and shop.The new Clubhouse also incorporates an indoor swimming pool complex together with a Health Club providing a range of services. Guests can acquire a membership for as long as they wish ,either for a part, or the whole, of their stay at Boavista.Guests at the apartment will enjoy discounted prices for both Golf and other food purchases at the new Clubhouse.

Outside
There is furniture on each balcony and the Resort has delightful and well kept common areas. Guests have exclusive use of a large new swimming pool located in Lakeview Village which is just a few minutes walk away.
Coast/Beach
There are many large and small beaches within a short drive. The nearest beaches are located about 3 kms away. Lagos itself has an extensive beach with good quality and inexpensive beach restaurants. There are many villages along the coast which have excellent beaches such as Luz, Salema and Bergau. These are all a short drive away and all have excellent restaurants. To the west of Boavista is a National Park with stunning views and on the west coast beaches, some of the best surfing in Europe.
Golf
The apartment is located on the Boavista Golf Resort and has balconies at front and rear overlooking the 2nd and 17th holes respectively. The views of the 17th are spectacular with a water hazard running the length of the hole and crossing in front of the green. The course is always in excellent condition and features a number of holes which overlook the Atlantic coastline. A particular hole of note is the 6th which is a testing par 3 with a tee shot over a ravine which is designated an area of environmental importance. The Boavista Resort amenities include a driving range, large practice area and a newly completed golf clubhouse where snacks can be obtained and also high quality food in the Clubhouse Restaurant. Guests at the apartment can enjoy discounted green fees at Boavista as well as discounted cost for meals. Golfers can easily reach other high quality courses in the area including Palmares, Penina and Parc Des Florets.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro which is about one hour drive from Boavista, using a recently constructed motorway which runs inland of the coast road. Car hire is recommended and we can give the contact details of a competitive car hire company.
Distances
The apartment is located about 2km from the centre of Lagos where parking is available. Alternatively, a taxi ride to or from Lagos will cost just a few euros and there is a taxi rank in the centre of the town. The west coast is about 45 minutes drive away. There is a supermarket located less than 1km from the apartment.
Further details
There is a local bar/restaurant situated up to the left on the road outside the apartment, which is about half a kilometre away. The newly completed golf clubhouse is about 5 minutes walk away.
