Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning in master bedroom and living room. Circulating Fans in other bedrooms. All rooms are spacious with high ceilings.

2 south facing terraces, 1 adjoining first floor master bedroom. Both with loungers, tables and chairs. Private swimming pool 23'x 13'.
Coast/Beach
10 mins walk to the beach. The Praca in Vale do Lobo leads to their own beach. Alternative route to other parts of the beach with beach bars also within 10 mins walk.
Golf
This particular part of the Algarve has many well known golf courses, many within a short drive. We can provide contact for discounted green fees.
Travel
Faro airport is just 20 mins drive. Car hire recommended.
Distances
The Praca in Vale do Lobo has good restaurants and bars, plus newsagent. The town of Almancil is just a few mins drive. The larger town of Loule is 15 mins drive. Many very good restaurants are within a short drive in addition to those at the Praca.

There is a supermarket at the entrance to the resort. Bank, newpapers and postal service are located at the golf reception area.

Booking by e-mail or post or telephone. Deposit 25% of total rental. Final payment due eight weeks prior to arrival. Damage deposit of £250 separate cheque to be refunded. Discounts available for monthly villa rental.
At least one of the adult occupants must be over the age of 23.

About the owner
Jane and Barry first visited Vale do Lobo in 1986. We fell in love with the region and bought our first one bedroom apartment in ‘89 and progressed 10 years later to a two bedroom apartment, moving upwards in 2006 to our dream. Which is Villa 820. Our villa is our second home, we have tried to make it as comfortable as possible with everything we might need and our guests have commented particularly on how well it is equipped. We've made many friends here and all agree that Vale do Lobo offers security for the family. Close to the Beach, Restaurants, Tennis Centre and Golf Courses. We’d really like to share our experiences with you and so offer our villa for your special holiday. It is so relaxing.The central location gives you peace & quiet, a home from home experience, 20 mins from Faro.
