’Villa Dois Irmaos’ is located within 1 acre of beautiful manicured gardens, at the top of tranquil citrus and almond groves with views down to the coast in front and to the mountains behind. This detached secluded villa is not overlooked. With 4 newly opened golf courses (Benamor, Colina Verde, Quinta de Cima and Quinta de Ria), the historic town of Tavira within easy reach (5 minutes), local amenities and easy access (10 minutes) to beautiful beaches and a wildlife reserve, there is plenty to do. Our huge landscaped gardens are professionally maintained and floodlit by night, ideal for evening drinks and barbecues. A roof top terrace affords uninterrupted views of the tranquil surrounding countryside; not a high rise in sight. The floodlit 50 square metre pool is perfectly accompanied by its poolside bar. Our previous guests, many who have returned, all left glowing reports, praising our warm personal reception with each of our customers and even warmer weather all year around.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
Prices based upon maximum occupancy, reduction in price considered for small groups, couples etc. The property is strictly for 10 people or fewer. Reservations are made by paying a non-refundable 25% deposit. A £100 damage deposit is required before your stay and refunded 5 working days after departure. The remaining balance is required 8 weeks prior to your stay. Long winter lets available - price negotiable.
Changeover day
Changeover days are completely flexible. Arrival time is 3pm and departure time is 10am however we try to accommodate everyone if they require a later check-out or earlier check-in.

Towels (villa use only) and linen are included and changed weekly. Furthermore a maid service is included weekly to change the sheets, replace towels and clean the floors. If you wish a daily maid service or qualified chef can be arranged. |

Unlimited WiFi access is provided free of charge.
Accessibility
There is a bedroom on the main level with a wide door. Previous guests using a wheelchair have been very pleased with the villa. There is ramp access down to the pool area. The living room, kitchen, dining room and upstairs bedroom are all on one level.
Outside
Professionally maintained pool: size 10x5m and 2m at it's deepest end. Professionally maintained large gardens with a grassed area and a large variety of flowering plants. We are keen gardeners and believe that a beautiful garden, maintained weekly, makes our villa standout from the competition. Poolside bar with fridge, electricity points and BBQ. Large shaded area by pool with table and chairs. Both gardens and pool are lit at night. Separate sitting areas ideal for reading and sunbathing. There are no busy roads nearby!
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is in Tavira, approx 10 mins drive. The coast can be easily viewed and a light breeze felt from the villa
Golf
There is a huge array of top-quality golf courses in the Algarve. Many of which are in the East such as Quinta da cima, Benamor and Quinta da Largo.
Special interest holidays
Bird waching is very popular on the nearby Ria Formosa. We have a visiting qualified massage practitoner that we are happy to contact and arrange an appointment should you wish.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro, approx 30 minutes (25 km's) drive away along a very good quality motorway.
Distances
The nearest village is Sto Estevao and is 10 mins walk or few mins drive (all quiet country roads). The nearest restaurant is within this village along with several small local bars and cafes.
Further details
The local village, Santo Estevao, is within walking distance. There is a very good and well-priced restaurant, a well stocked local supermarkets, a cash machine, internet access and a church. During the summer, there are many family-oriented village dances to enjoy.

Reservations are made by paying a non-transferable and non-refundable 25% deposit. The remaining balance is required 8 weeks prior on the same basis. We will meet you at the property with your keys and give you a guided tour. We are usually available throughout your stay in case you have any questions or problems.
