Situated in a prime location on the outskirts of Lagos. Very close to the exclusive Port do Mos beach, local restaurants, mini supermarkets, local international crèche and 2 gyms - therefore a car would not be essential, if you are happy to walk or catch the bus. No need to drive if you stay at one of the few villa's available to rent in Port de Mos (one of the most exclusive part of Lagos) with all facilities that you would find in a 4/5 star hotel in a few minutes walking distance, including a stunning golden sand beach. All the mod cons you would have at home plus more. Safe environment for toddlers and children to play, the downstairs bedroom could easily be used as playroom/children's timeout room - giving parents a chance to relax! Close to a great value crèche (English speaking) for children aged 2 and up. Work out at either of the two nearby gyms. Never get bored- picture yourself relaxing by the pool with a drink and food cooking on the BBQ, or watching a DVD.

During low and mid period booking flexibility allows for long weekend breaks charged by the night at the pro-rata rate. Changeover day Monday or Friday, subject to availability. A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. An additional security deposit of £200 is required together with the balance. This will be refunded within 14 days.

Changeover day Saturday, but this is flexible. Arrival after 2pm and Departure at 10am.

Notes on accommodation
Holidays don’t have to be stressful! We have 2 young children so we have thought of everything we could possibly need plus more to ensure you don’t have to pack the kitchen sink and more importantly you can relax while you are away. Included are a cot and high chair microwave sterilizer, a few children’s DVD’s, a some toys for under 5 yrs old, a portal barrier to block doorways or staircases, hand food processor, dishwasher – well why wash up you are on holiday!

Accessibility
There is one ground floor bedroom, no steps leading up to the property, plenty of space to move around downstairs.
Outside
The swimming pool measures 10x4m and ranges from 1m to 1.5m in depth and is accompanied by an outside shower. Pool heating is available at the extra cost of £100 per week. A pool cover is provided plus as an optional extra the pool can be heated. For safety, we have fenced the pool area and terrace off with fences and sprung closing gates. There is a private dining area situated off of the kitchen and can seat 8 people and is well suited for a BBQ.
Coast/Beach
700m walk from an amazing blue flag beach. A few minutes drive to many other beaches.
Golf
Reduced green's fees are available though our management agents. Excellent base for golfers - Boa Vista Golf course 5 minute drive away and Parque de Floresta 12 minutes.
Special interest holidays
Diving, horse riding, mountain biking, fishing, golf, horse riding, sailing, swimming, tennis, dolphin watching, water parks and boat trips.
Travel
Faro airport approx 45 minute car journey 75km away. Car hire recommended as it would make life easier but possible to get by without a car as shops, beach and restaurants within walking distance.
Distances
Lagos town centre 2 miles (or 20 mins walk though the back streets). Marina 25 minute walk (5 mins drive).
Further details
There is building work going on close to the villa which can be seen from the back of the property, although it can be seen- currently the noise from the building work is very minimal and has not disrupted any of our guests.
