Casa Algeria is an exceptionally high quality 4-bed, 4 bathroom executive villa which comfortably sleeps 8-10 people. Air con to all rooms. It has a wonderful garden of approximately half an acre with boules area, volley ball, large grassy space, ornamental rockery and additional seating area under a pergola. Lots of car parking and fully gated. Casa Alegria has its own 10m x 5m south facing pool which will be heated mid March to end of October 2008 free of charge. It has a large BBQ and fully equipped terrace with deep shading. In the basement there is table tennis and darts. Furnishings are of the highest quality throughout. Comfortably sleeps 8-10 people. Highchair, play pen, strong portable cot and one portable bed provided free of charge. Price includes the services of local English speaking manager who will meet you on arrival and be on call throughout your holiday. Pool/beach towels supplied so no need to bring your own! Maid service. Food/drinks pack provided on request.

Obligatory extra: Air-con (warm and cool) £85/wk.
Fully automated booking system, takes any currency, any credit/debit card.
Price includes: Portable bed, cot, all linen except cot linen, towels, 8 beach/pool towels, villa cleaning and services of English speaking local managers.
Changeover day
High season we prefer Sat to Sat bookings. We are very flexible out of high season so please contact us to negotiate!! If our dates are booked don't despair - we may be able to offer you another identical villa on Owners Direct.

| Utility Room: | Just off the kitchen the utility room contains a washing machine, clothes drier, iron, ironing board etc. |
| Living Rooms: | These villas are exceptionally large and the lounge and dining area comfortably seats 8-10. There is satellite TV and a DVD player which also plays CDs |
| Other: | The basement has table tennis and darts. Boules and volley ball in the garden. All equipment supplied. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bed linen and towels are provided with exception of cot linen. Pool/beach towels provided. Price includes midweek villa cleaning and services of local manager. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air conditioned, providing cool air in the summer and warmth in the cooler months.
The pool will be heated mid March to end October 2008 free of charge although not heated November to March 2009 it can be used during cooler months.
We charge £75 per week for air conditioning mid March to end October 2008. Warm heating provided November to end March 2009 at £50/week. This ensures your maximum enjoyment of the villa.
Holiday price includes maid service, linen change and services of local English speaking managers who will meet you on arrival and remain on call throughout your holiday.
Food/drinks pack available on request. We can also help with car hire recommendations.
The villa is 1 hr 45 mins from Seville airport where low cost flights can be obtained using Iberia. No problems hiring car in Spain and bringing to Portugal. Fast motorway, no tolls to villa.
Accessibility
The villa is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor (3 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, 3 bathrooms) with a sloping ramp to front door. There are however 4 steps leading from the pool terrace to the pool.
Outside
The villa is surrounded by a large beautiful garden, approximate plot size is 1800+ sq.m. The pool terrace is fully equipped with loungers, tables, chairs and there is deep shade under the pergola for warmer months. A large BBQ is located on the terrace. Further shade and decking exists in the lower garden. There is a newly established full sized volley ball and boules area in the garden with table tennis and darts in the basement. Lots of parking space and property is fully gated.
Coast/Beach
Fusetta, the local beach is approx 7 miles away. Within only 15 minutes there are some truly outstanding beaches/islands (Tavira, Olhao, Altura to name but a few), many of which are reached by small train or by small boat. These are unspoilt huge beaches, safe, spotlessly clean and uncrowded. Ideal!!
Golf
There are numerous new, truly wonderful, Eastern Algarve golf courses within 15 minutes of the villa, particularly championship courses Cima, Benamor and Ria. Towards the Spanish coast, only 20 mins away there is the Castro Marim Golf Course and 2/3 more at Ayamonte. Golfers recently visiting the area have been amazed how easy courses are to access and books tees. We are happy to provide more info on golf.
Travel
The villa is located just outside Moncarapacho, approximately 25 mins from Faro airport on excellent roads.
We consider car hire essential to enjoy this unspoilt part of the world and are happy to recommend local companies to you.
Distances
Faro airport is only 20-25 minutes away by brand new fast motorway. Olhao, Estoi, Altura, Tavira and many more unspoilt villages/towns are all within 20 minutes of the villa.
Further details
Moncarapacho, just a few minutes by car away has several supermarkets, internet cafes, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, local daily market, bars, kiosk for English papers and cigarettes, churches and its own museum. Olhao is close by with wonderful fish restaurants, shopping, marina and access by boat to wonderful beach islands. Estoi is a charming town with its own Riccoco palace currently being developed into a poussada. Also has Roman villa remains.
Booking notes
25% deposit required to secure dates, balance due 8 weeks prior to holiday commencing. We also require £200 breakages deposit with the final paymentrefundable within 14 days of your departure, subject to the local managers advising that all keys have been returned and there are no losses/breakages.
