Clube Alvor Ria is a brand new complex by the harbour in the village of Alvor. The apartment is on the ground floor, ideal for children and has disabled access. The complex has an outdoor pool, with an adjoining jacuzzi and large sun terrace. For golf enthusiasts, the Alto Club and the Championship course at Penina are about 5/10 minutes drive away. The long sandy beach, which boasts various eateries, is only 0.5 miles away and the fishing village of Alvor, with shops, restaurants and supermarket is directly next to the complex. Sport Complex: with Public Indoor swimming pool/Tennis courts\skate boarding and Hydro Theraphy baths are next to complex.

Notes on prices
Prices are for property per week in UK pounds. Maid service once weekly to include complete linen/towel change and clean. Electricity and water included. Welcome pack and additional maid service can be arranged at extra cost.
Changeover day
Saturday. If no prior arrangements have been agreed upon, arrivals should be after 3pm and departures by 10am. This is negotiable.

Notes on accommodation
The apartments are air conditioned. TV showing local channels is available. cable does not include access to subscription channels such as Sky Movies or entertainment channels and Sky Sport. No guarantee can be made for the provision of any specific satellite channels. BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and 5 can be shown. No smoking inside apartment. Sorry, no pets allowed.
Accessibility
SECURITY: The apartments are accessable only by gate switch card and the keys are in a coded box. The security card and key code will be supplied on arrival. Note: Security card must be left in apartment on departure, failure to do this will result in clients being charged for replacements.
Outside
Very large sun terraces with table, chairs, sunbeds. Adult pool with jacuzzi. The site has underground car parking, with key entrance and lockable storage cupboard for golf clubs, pushchairs etc.
Coast/Beach
Alvor is approximately 500m.
Golf
The golf courses of Alto Golf & Country Club and Penina are 5 minutes by car.
Travel
Faro airport is 70km, about 45/60 minutes drive, mostly motorway. Car hire is advisable but not essential with the availability of taxis and bus service. A train service is also available.
Further details
The village of Alvor is located between 2 big towns, Portimao (5km) and Lagos (17km). In the village itself there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and gift shops. The beach, one of the longest in Algarve, has many eating places along it, with beautiful rocks and coves at the west corner. *Visit the best restaurant in Algarve "No Patio" in Old Town Lagos run by Englishman Martyn Allen, enjoy Sunday Lunch & Friday Fish & Chips English style.(Nopatiolagos@aol.com) Note: I also have access to several more rental apartments on this site and close by. Booking notes
A deposit of £100 secures the booking and final payment is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit via an apartment representative will be required and is returned after propery inspection (details sent on booking).
